Eden Hotel  

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good and the location is right in the shopping district and convenient if you like shopping.

The room is a little bit dark, more light would be better.

Given the fact we had the economy room the services were amazing and we had a great time there. P.S. - Spa facilities are great :D

Only thing I can complain was the noise of the car from the street in the night, others are perfect, convenient location, nice staff, breakfast... And the sea food near the hotel

The location

Staff not very bright,the staff is also rude. The room was normal and not well finished. The toilette seat is separated from the bathroom which is extremely inconvenient. The cleaning is not great al all because the wash basin still had the same dirt from the day before. About the comfort, we were on the 2nd floor and we could hear every single car, bike, human and dog pass by the street, their sliding doors are not equipped to block sound.

The only thing I liked was the location, and friendliness of hotel staff.

It wasn't to the standard of acceptance, the threw my cloths behind the toilet, did clean the room or two days even after requesting it to be cleaned.. The room was really really small, no place to open the luggage to get the clothes out of.. No value for the money.

Larger than average room for a European Hotel. Nice look. Comfortable bed. Situated on shopping street.

Had to pay to use outdoor pool and there were only 7 available spots at the pool. Had to be out on balcony to access wifi.

Porters were friendly this is the only nice thing I can say for this hotel

Reception staff were rude and snotty like they we're doing you a favour by even talking to you. The room was very dark, poor lighting, balcony was hidious, it had a tiny table with two small chairs that was all walled in. The rooms adjacent could see into our room meaning we had to keep the blinds pulled all day. Location wise its not great either- all public beaches are the other end of Cannes, and most of the good restaurants.

Great position in the city, not bad also pool and rooms.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent, not a lot of choices, but the quality is very good and the prices are very moderate.

The breakfast is good, with lots of choices, but I think 20,00 Euro per Person is too much.
