Kindness of the staff, the position, great for shopping, croisette "sailing" and parking. The breakfast (as others in Cannes Hotel) was too much expensive. There are so many boulangerie outside that you should give a try.

The location Staff not very bright,the staff is also rude. The room was normal and not well finished. The toilette seat is separated from the bathroom which is extremely inconvenient. The cleaning is not great al all because the wash basin still had the same dirt from the day before. About the comfort, we were on the 2nd floor and we could hear every single car, bike, human and dog pass by the street, their sliding doors are not equipped to block sound.

Larger than average room for a European Hotel. Nice look. Comfortable bed. Situated on shopping street. Had to pay to use outdoor pool and there were only 7 available spots at the pool. Had to be out on balcony to access wifi.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the very centre of Cannes, 5 minutes of walking distance. The personnel is very nice and smiling. The balcony view was obstructed by a wall but for a night was ok and it was stated on the reservation papers.

As before, the staff was very friendly and the food is great. This time I had a room to the main street. There was no air conditioning, so we had to leave the window open - with all the noise at the street it was almost impossible to sleep.

Beim zweiten Aufenthalt hatten wir ein grösseres Zimmer (evt. Glück oder was auch immer). Beide male gutes und empfehelnswertes Hotel. Es wirkt alles etwas düster.

Проехал около 60 стран на нескольких континентах. Перепробывал до десятка отелей в Каннах и последние 6 лет каждый год останавливаюсь только в Едене. На мой взгляд лучшее соотношение цена-качество для Лазурного берега. Жаль, что отель не стимулирует лояльность клиентов, но в остальном все просто прекрасно. Интернет в отеле настолько слабенький, что можно про него не вспоминать. Скорости не хватает страницу Яндекса открыть или проверить почту. Впрочем, в кафе через дорогу относительно приличный Wi Fi и завтрак в два раза дешевле.

Dans l'ensemble tout était parfait le personnel souriant et très poli le jacuzzy, le hammam et la piscine interrieur était très pratique surtout pour ce moi de mars ou il y a fait très chaud pour la saison. Le gros point faible de cet hôtel est sans doute le tarif pour les extras : les soins, le petit déjeuner (20€), le parking pas très bien agencer lorsque nous sommes en gros berline et son prix excessif (17€ par nuit) alors qu'un parking souterrain ce trouve juste à côté.
