Eden Hotel

Pierwsze dwie noce mieszkalismy w zwyklej dwojce; niestety bylo potwornie zimno, bo zepsuta byla klimatyzacja :( Standard lazienki rowniez pozostawial duzo do zyczenia (grzyb na scianie!) Jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy takie rzeczy nie powinny miec miejsca! Po interwencji zostalismy w ramach przeprosin przeniesieni do suity na kolejne dwa dni.

Czystosc basenu/fitnessu; mozna by bylo zwrocic uwage obsludze by czesciej sprzatano w sasiadujacych bezposrednio przy jaccuzzi totaletach (sic!!!)

I was given the worst room in the building. very dark, no view.

Location, very friendly and polite staff

Water pressure in bathroom was not consistent, as a result there was either very hot or cold water running in the bathtab and washing basin which was very unpleasant. Though we complained and asked for the manager to be informed about it we were completely ignored without any excuse. The light in the rooms is not sufficient and had to ask for more light to find out the contents of our wardrobes and our clothes. The lift was not operational most of the times. Breakfast was short of quantities of food offered and one had to wait long for refills. People serving in the breakfast room not enough to handle the guests.

The room was very nice. I liked the decorating it was very nice and relaxing and it was a room you could actually sit in not just use it for sleeping

The house keeping was a bit slow but apart from that everything else was perfect. I did not eat in the hotel so not sure what the food is like but the menu seemed nice, could do with more of a choice though.

I liked the hotel staff and services/facilities. I liked also the central location of the hotel.

Rooms were small, trick photography seemed to be used to make the rooms look big and to make the pools look much better than they actually were, the outside pool area looked beautiful on the web but in reality is small and just not a joy to use. The breakfast food was not fresh and choice severely limited, great if you just want a croissent because that seemed to be the only thing that was fresh. Far too expensive for what you get, I was disapointed as the cost was very high and I could have stayed elsewhere for the same price and got much better standards.

The service was great. Check-in, check-out, pool, room and particularly hotel restaurant and bar service was very good. The Eden is a lovely hotel in a great location; we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

The bed was comfortable, bath and shower too. Loved the jacuzzi on the roof! Staff were helpful, giving directions and advice.

The only problem would be breakfast is expensive and the windows should have nets as getting dressed is a problem with the facing hotel.

Piscina e idromassaggio ok, non troppo distante dal palazzo dei festival.

"superior " room is in truth the basic room. Little bed and uncomfortable. Ghostly and unhelpful staff. Surroundings are depressing and there is no way to have dinner after a certain hour and in certain days of the week. Room mainteinance is not at his top: we got uncovered electrical wires in one closet and signs of humidity on the walls. View on the motorway from the window.

Beautiful location, spa is very good, professional staff

There is only one changing room in the spa, ladies&gentleman together. My room needed maintenance: false ceiling and windowsill.

The location of the hotel was very central to good shopping, bars, beach within easy reach of the train station

What where this little animals? sure hope they did not travel home with me!!! No coffee/tea facilities in room. Charge 15 euro if you put your own stuff in the minibar.
