Staff was friendly and helpful The actual room was really nice and comfortable . Nice location as it was close to nice restaurants

On arrival we were not told that the hotel was under renovation and needless to say we were a bit taken a back by this as it was just outside our door. Did not have the basic amenities in the room like an iron or even facilities to make a hot drink. Also the restaurant was covered with carpet but under the carpet you felt a number of holes which I thought was dangerous as I almost fell over a few times

It was building site ful of dust( I have asthma so it was disaster).so the price was to much for they were offering .

The bathroom was very clean and I really checked. The beds were clean. Rooms cleaned very day. Lots of hot water for the shower, both mornings and evening The room was warm. It was well located 5 min for the moulin rouge and tube. The area had lots to do in the evening. The area felt safe.

There was an odd stain on the carpet. The continental Breakfast did not offer value for money. - it was better value to go to a local cafe. The outside of the hotel does not inspire you with confidence - not that it particularly important. The breakfast dinning area looks like its still being build, not a major issue just its nice to have breakfast in conformable surrounding. - in any case 5 min down the road there are 15+ cafes etc to choose from.

Breakfast was great and the rooms really clean and warm. The staff were fantastic, very helpful!

I loved the location of the hotel, it is literally a 3 minute walk from The Moulin Rouge, maybe 10 mins max from The Sacre Cour and has plenty of bars and places to eat within walking distance.

I found the room was a little on the small side but we never spent much time in the room at all. We did however miss have tea/coffee facilities in the room.

It is a bit over priced compared to other hotels in the same area. There was no internet access in the room.

Only Wifi in the lobby and very slow. Tiny bathroom.

Rooms was clean - we tried 2 of them. The crew was kind and helpfull. Spoke English!

Everything is small. The lift, the room, but the funniest is the bathroom.

The hotel's proximity to the Metro stations and restaurants were ideal. Room was very clean with plenty of towels.

The breakfast room had a bar area which was not open. Perhaps opening the bar or making coffee available throughout evening would have been convenient.

They had shuttle arrangements to the airport, also convenient location for Metro access to major sights of Paris.

Staff Ok, other guests were having problems with their checkout. Room was very poor, looked out on scaffolding. I suppose its normal for budget hotels in Paris, its also in the middle of the red light district of Paris.

Nothing. It was the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. The location was very good, however it did not make any difference to how horrible the hotel was.

Everything. The room was tiny, the price was just ridiculous for the room that we got, the staff barely spoke any English. There were building works at the time of our stay (which we have not been notified about) which completely ruined our opinion about the hotel.

The staff is very nice and the room is very clean.

The room has no air condition and is extremely hot at night in Aug.

Good location near Montmartre and close to metro stations and a couple of supermarkets - although it's also a stone's throw from the red-light district and there were sex shops and prostitutes working nearby. The room was a good size and was clean and comfortable, with 2 large double beds. The staff were helpful.

The bathroom was extremely small and the hot water didn't work well at all. My husband had a cold shower and I had to call the front desk for instructions about how to hot water.

Very good location. The bed sheets and toilets were clean.

The hotel was under renovation (this fact wasn't mentioned upon reservation) - one morning there was no electricity and the next morning there was no hot water. When allerted, the staff didn't do anything to solve these problems and when we complained the solution was a discount of 15 euros over a bill of 315 euros/3nights. Old building, dirty carpets, noise and scaffold as a view, unfriendly staff, expensive for the value.

The lift was very small and there was building work at the hotel and scaffolding in front of the hotel.

The hotel was well situated for us and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also allowed us to take our luggage to the hotel early in the morning on our arrival and they looked after it till we returned late afternoon and booked in and let us leave our luggage with them on the day of depature until we collected before we left paris later in the evening.

I was there for a short break with my grandson who is 20. I booked a room with three beds as I know how small all bedrooms are in hotels in Paris. Even with one of the beds stood upright against a wall it was still very tight for space. The shower/toilet was very small and being a largish guy it was difficult to turn around in but it was very clean and had all the necessary soaps, gels, etc. Breakfast was not really worth the money and would not bother if I ever went back. There was work being done to the Hotel whilst we were there but I must stay other than having to enter under scaffolding etc. it was and did not cause any problem whatso ever.

The location was quite good,although it was in the red-light district it was safe,also in the night.Moulen Rouge, Montmartre and Metro-station "Pigalle" were very close .There are also some bistros,groceries and pharmacy in the immediate vicinity. The hotel-staff was very friendly,they spoke English and tried to answer all of our questions. The room was comfortable,the cleaning lady changed every day our towels.

The bathroom was very-very small.If you are taller than 1.60m,don't take the room 401.There are still some construction works around the hotel,so don't forget the earplugs.

Location only.

It's on the busy street, traffic noise bothers sleep. Lift is tiny, good for one person with two luggage only. Bathroom is small as on the airplane, no place for hanging towels. Wi-fi is only available at the reception spot. And, it's under construction....disappointed.
