Location Construction work was just outside our window! And the shuttle taxi to the airport (17euro/person) really gave us a terrible experience.

Convenience, affordability, cleanliness. There was construction, but that happens. It was done tastefully and quietly.

The staff were very good Scaffolding all over the front, very noisy, double room was very tiny with very limited hanging space and the decoration was very tired. A lot of noise could be heard from the reception. The area was not up to much, nearest bars were in the red light district and not great.

I think the location is really good. Shops are just 10 mins walk from hotel. Metro stations are just 5 mins walk from hotel. The Staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is not very clean. The housekeeping Service is too early. The room is too warm and with no fridge. There is no hot water for a shower. The wifi service is not good enough.

The bed was comfortable. Fine bathroom, although little bit small.Friendly staff. Nice bed. You can bring and left your luggage during other times than that you can stay in your room !Between two metrostations (St George en Pigalle).. No complaints.Only rooms are little bit noisy.

I think that it was a good choice for a short four night stay. It was central enough, and close to the Metro for connections. The Moulin Rouge and the Sacre Coeur was within a medium walking distance. Breakfast was simple, healthy and adequate for the Paris prices. A good hotel for those with children who can walk distances, and there were small supermarkets in the same street to buy drinks etc., which is convenient when you have children. The main receptionist was extremely helpful, and he spoke good English. We missed tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. There was no room service for either food or drink after breakfast, but with some organisation, we found this easy to overcome. After all, we were sight seeing most of the day, and out for dinner in the evening. Bathrooms were nicely fitted out, but very small, which can be a problem for a family. The rooms were overheated, which can be uncomfortable, so it was a good job we all had summer night clothes, although it was in January.

It was a cheap but clean hotel in a good location. Pigalle Metro just 10 minute walk away. Good value for money. Rooms were small but you only sleep there.

The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want to visit the sacre coeur and moulin rouge it's very close to the hotel. Metro station near by. The street isn't very nice, has some bad looking bars but it's in the pigalle so I guess that should be expected. Not dangerous and nobody bothers you though.

Very good value for money! Hotel is newly renovated and was still in renovation when I stayed there. The location is on walking distance to several Metro stations / restaurants and walking distance to Sacre coeur. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Minor complaint is the fact that the building can be quite noisy you will only notice this when big groups would be staying on the same floor. I guess this is typical for these kind of buildings.

Clean, confortable, affordable, not far from the main atractions, good value for the price, super friendly hotel staff, a mini reception with one of the best and profissional staff, always witha friendly smile, and wanting to help you. The hotel was under a reconstruction, they should have told us when we book but never the less we had a great time.

I really have nothing good to say about this hotel, except that if you are very tight on your budget with no other option, only then stay at this hotel. The location is really bad, very close or almost in the red-light area. All that you see around is liquor and youth. All night they drive around making lot of noise. No AC in the room, so windows had to be opened thus it became compulsary to spend the full night in that kind of noisy neighbourhood. The youngsters walking down with lots of wine in their stomach and blood were also making strange sounds till 4 a.m. We could sleep only after that. The bathroom door lock was broken, the bathroom was not at all a room, but was tooo.......... small, only enough space for one person to stand. The lift couldt only carry one person with one luggage. We with the family had to make 4-5 rounds till the 4th floor. On top of all this, power went off for about one and a half hour in the morning, when it was time to get ready. We with chilren and a senior citizen had to do everything in dark in that dingy bathroom. The technician came so late, rather the hotel staff was to slow to repond to this power failure complaint. As far as staff is concerned, only one person at the reception and one in the breakfast room. that's it! The street is also quite hard to locate, from Boulevard de Clichy (where we got down from the bus, coming from Gare du nord). We had a real tough time locating the hotel, whose name is displayed on a small board in the rue.

The small lift which only just accommodates 1 person and luggage was very handy. Booking was for 3 nights. Upon check in, I was advised that I would be relocated to Trinity Hotel up the road for the 1st night and then back to Eden for the rest. This is not good enough!! I do not expect to have to check in and out of a hotel. The entire booking should be at one place. I checked out to go to Eden and was told that I couldnt check in until check in time, yet someone else who complained when wanting to check in earlier was able to do so!! My bags were held at reception. No apologies for inconvenience and bags not taken to room which would have been nice. They did give me a free breakfast which is not worth the €8.50. Internet not available in my room, only in foyer. No aircon so not a good option in summer.

The hotel location is very close to the shopping district. In our room there are two extra single beds which make the space very limited. It would be better to just have a queen size bed for a couple like us; and add extra beds if a family is staying.

Location is very good for a city trip to Paris, within a walking distance to Pigalle metro station and with several restaurants and markets in the neighbourhood. The breakfast was not cheap but if you compare with what you get outside it is quite worth. It is located in the red light district but no problem at all (only in one Sunday morning there was a drunk man kicking some litter bins to the street but we just went away without giving him attention). The hotel fassade is under renovation. Some rooms very small and it can get very hot inside the room, so for the summer it can be very unconfortable to stay there- no air-conditioning.
