In a prestigious area of Paris, near the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, the Pavillon Monceau provides courtesy and charm in the heart of the city.

Bit pricey on drinks and food.
the duplex suite was too small for 4 people and overpriced and poorly fitted out for 2 people
Our taxi pulled up to the hotel, and Marta was curbside welcoming us and helping us with bags. Talk about feeling welcome! In all my years of traveling....I've never been greeted and welcomed this way.. The room was well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. Maid service was impeccable. Our toilet paper was even embossed - how classy! Our suite had a mini kitchenette which was very useful for having breakfast in our room each morning. All staff members attended to us in a caring and professional way. There were very good restaurants in walking distance, a pharmacy, small grocery store, and bakeries....all walking distance from the hotel. I loved the L'Edmond and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Booking.com. Excellent experience.
Only one comment.....my cousin who was sleeping in the sofa bed (in the living room) said it was just mediocre with regards to comfort. Kids would probably be okay using the sofa bed, but adults may prefer more comfort. Our king bed in the bedroom, however, was very cozy.
Excellent staff and so friendly always ready to help I would recommend to friends to stay here
the location was very convenient with a bakery and grocery very close by like a minute walking... new furniture of 2 years old only
small hotel of only 23 rooms.
Good location, nice park and local market close by. Metro stop close. Quiet. Helpful staff, spoke adequate English which was a help. Fragrant jasmine garden path on way to room. AC in room was good to have on the hot day of our trip.
Our room was up a flight, so a little hassle without a lift the last bit. Large room by Paris standards, sofa couch not so comfortable for older kids, king bed mad up of 2 twin beds, but comfortable enough. Small concerns overall.
location, nice staff so helpful
I did not like the fact that there were two connected mattresses on the bed, Instead of a one big mattress. This affected the comfort of the bed.
Everything went well for us.
Breakfast prices are a bit steep, especially for a family if four. Also, the waiter handling braskfast during the week was not very friendly.
The staff were amazing and very helpful the room was very clean and it was everything i expected the location is good and surrounded by every store you might need
The door only opens from the inside by one of the employees They should give access to all their guests or hire a security guard at least at night
The location is optimal and would not have wanted to be any other place. The best thing about the stay was the surrounding community - excellent. Access to these areas made this vacation great. The customer service was nice and friendly.
The small suite price is not justified. I can't believe this was supposedly a reduced rate. We were four total and they prepped the room for two people. I do not appreciate asking for the obvious. The apartment is small and tight in turns. Expected more space. The micro-balcony was overgrown with foliage and dead leaves - not considerable. For this rate they should have included breakfast - it would have made it more tolerable, but we heard the breakfast wasn't that great anyhow (shrugs). There was always a cleaning lady in the elevator so we got our exercise. One TV remote - two TVs, c'mon really. Pay an extra twenty Euros and stay in the bigger suite if you have children older than 7. The pull out couch takes up the entire room once its out in the small suite. Coffee is not free after day 2 - really??? Google Paris parking. Park at the Wagram park house (cheapest and you can walk to the hotel, but parking is uber tight). I would not stay here again. 1.5 stars on a scale 1-5, 5 being good.
The hotel is located quite close to a Metro station and the rooms is very clean. Staffs are very kind.
Although there are bath rooms in the rooms, one of the bath rooms is not equipped with a washstand.
We travel extensively and I have never taken the time to write a review, in fact I had to call Booking.com to reactive this booking so I could leave a review. When my family and I arrived at this hotel after arriving late from London we were taken back to find that you have to be let in by the front staff. Okay, not a big deal, but when the front staff decides to go on a break and you are standing out in the rain it is a big deal. They also forgot to give us the code so we had to wait 10 minutes the next night after being out all day with the kids. They only have one person at the front desk, and they could care less about your well being as a customer. You wait outside, who cares. The air conditioner in the "master bedroom" wasn't working so we went to the front desk and they actually said "oh it doesn't work, only in the main room." Then why have a register and vent in the master bedroom and say your rooms are air conditioned ? You should say the living room/main room is air conditioned. Most people care about the bed room, not the living room. Again, they could care less. Cleanliness. The hotel was overall pretty clean, but they left dirty towels in the hallway and they never refilled the shampoo or toiletries. They will also charge you if you use the coffee that is in the room. 2 star hotels manage to refill toiletries and provide free coffee. BUT THE WORST PART ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE NOISE! When booking this hotel they mention they have "double glazed" windows. Not true. Big lie. The last night we were there we came home from another long day of exploring the city around 9PM and put the kids to bed. About that time a party started in their courtyard. This party or wedding had a band with loud music that shook our whole room. You literally could feel the the music when we were lying down. Ear plugs wouldn't have even masked the sound.
A very small duplex with stairs and no separating doors which is not nice when you have kids. Check in time was postponed to 5(!!) pm because the room was not cleaned yet, keeping in mind that our daughter was tired after a long travel time. On second day room wasn't cleaned when we returned at 4 pm and they made an attempt at 5 pm, that was inappropriate. During all stay waste and dirty towels were stored right in front of the elevator on our floor!?! Wouldn't recommend this hotel especially for travelers with children.
friendly reception staff
