*Design of the room, just what you need for biz travel *Clean and comfy *well equipped kitchenette *hot shower after a day of meeting is great!

*I was traveling for business am not sure if the location is that good for leisure

The attention given by the staff.

The hotel does not have restaurant, how come a 4 starts hotels doesn´t? Neither pool nor business center...It was only the reception and the rooms.

It was very nice, quite , clean. The hotelstaf were very friendly. Around the hotel some streets ahead is a nice biological market and foodshops were you can buy anything. Also nice libanes restaurants and take away. The sub is very near and brings you to the marais in 15 min, or so. Really perfect. You can park the car in the streets there is no private parking place. It is a very safe and nice area the 17th.and also aan great sushi place on the corner. The litle kitchen we had was perfect for our 3 day stay , some beverages and small snacks can easily be stored.

The breakfast was kind of limited for the price.for 18 euro you expect more choice in products the service of the staff was very good but I would say go to the nice bakkeries and buy bread and cheese. We had a suite with kitchen facilities , that makes it easier.

Quiet, comfortable, near metro station.

I saw somewhere a review of the restaurant that said the decoration was rather cool and clinical and the same could be said of the rooms. A rug would have added warmth to the sitting room area.

Room was modern & clean.

Kitchen was badly designed, not workable. We had a young adult staying with us, the third bed was the lounge, which had to be made up close to bed time as it took up most of the room in the kitchen/lounge/dining room. Far too small & uncomfortable for a family, especially if you rely on cooking/eating in.

It had an incredible bathroom shower. The bathroom is separated into 2 rooms, each with a sink, one with the toilet, the other with the spa shower. That is really convenient. Of course the room is small but that is Paris. The bed was very comfortable, Queen size.

They provided minimal coffee in the room and we were told we had to pay for more pods (they gave us 3). When I pointed out we were staying for 7 nights, they provided 3 more. Ifelt this was very cheap of them, especially considering the price of the hotel.

The staff were fantastic. They helped make our honeymoon even more special

It is a metro ride to everywhere. Not that it is a negative though as the metro is quite close.

The gentleman who originally checked us in & worked most mornings during our stay (I believe his name is Salim) was OUTSTANDING. They do not get much better than this as far as customer service! He was patient, polite & extremely helpful. The location is also amazing & the room was spacious & very clean. If I am lucky enough to return to Paris in the future I will definitely be staying at your hotel again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation :)

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Good location near to Metro station. Nice area surrounding hotel with plenty of nice places to eat/shop/drink.

Nothing negative to report.

That subway was next to it.

No I did not really like a lot of things like for example they did not have complimentary coffee but a lot of other things were wrong with the hotel. I did have a good stay.

Situated in the 17th quarter the hotel is on a wide residential Avenue with plenty of interesting little "food" shops behind as well as a sweet fruit and veg market. The nearest metro is only a 5 minute walk away and one can take a gentle walk towards the Av des Champs Elysees. Staff very polite and helpful and although we didn't try it there is a gourmet restaurant attached. Originally the mansion was where the writer Edmond Rostand lived but has been re-done to make it into a charming hotel made up of suites and rooms. Very quiet so a good place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing/shopping etc. Taxi fares reasonable from hotel to main attractions.

The hotel is made up of suites and rooms. We chose a superior suite (only €30 more than a normal suite) as we had our 6yr old twins with us and thought we would get more space. To be honest the room was really only the size of a normal double hotel room with a sofa (which turned into a sofa bed for our children), small bathroom and loo. In one of the cupboards was a tiny sink, two ring hob and mini dishwasher and mini microwave but no kettle (coffee maker) and unless you took your own washing up liquid, tea towel etc etc no point even trying to cook. Fridge full of mini bar stuff so no room for even a pt of milk. Will stick to a normal room next time as couldn't justify the cost of the suite.

We choose the Hotel because of the self-catering facility and we were not let down. Everything there we needed to be able to prepare breakfast and a light lunch. Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Fridge and small hob...even a Nespresso Coffee machine we had brought our own capsules which was a good idea. Just one street back from the Hotel, there is a little market street with fruit and veg stalls and a Supermarket. lots of cafe and restaurants. Villiers Metro Station was practically outside the front door. It was perfect for a 5 day stay. Very clean with excellent housekeeping everyday. Bathroom had a bath and shower with separate toilet which was ideal.

There were no faults.

The service was excellent, the location was wonderful, walking distance to the metro. The area had wonderful cafes and restaurants for every budget. We were traveling with a 15 and 11 year old and finding a hotel in Paris was hard, the room was big enough for the four of us.

We stayed in L'Edmond hotel with older children and another family.we booked 2 double rooms but when we arrived our rooms were upgraded.they are very courteous and helpful.The location is perfect as its not so far from champs élysées and metro station is on 2 min walk.The area behind the hotel is full of restaurants and shops.I recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay there again.

There is no room service for late nights.

Great staff,great location for what we wanted,nice decor

Very poor quality beds let the place down. Also kitchenette complete with dishwasher in a small ish room was a bit weird.

Lovely outlook and very helpful staff.

They didn't refill our coffee pods.

Its well located and very well renovated

The size of the room, it was incredibly small and I know rooms are small in Paris but in this case you couldnt to from one side of the room to the other because the bed was in the middle!!

Confort of the beds Location

Room was not clean Sleepers and condoms were under the bed They do not clean the rooms very well even though we ask for it Kitchen things are old and incomplete I told the guest Services about the problem and they did nothing Someone from above throwed a wine cup on our balcony and there were a lot of broken glasses in it. I called many times for them to clean it but they did nothing Price related to service received is not good, really they need to care more

Good spot, not the busiest of Paris locations but you will learn to appreciate that, parts of Paris are very busy and very noisy, this isn'T. The markets two blocks back are excellent for a quick look and some good food (plus a supermarket), all the Paris sites are easily reached from here by cab (approx. 15 Euro) or train plus the staff spoke English with a smile and always tried to help. Overall good value as a Hotel for tourists, clean, happy and central.

Initially we thought the room was too small, but you get used to that and it's pretty common in Europe. Also no room service to speak of, but again you get used to that and it forces you to get to know your neighbourhood, the restaurant down stairs is pricey for dinner and breakfast at 18 Euros is silly, it's a croissant & a cup of coffee, we had a great morning trying to explain to the staff what a boiled egg was, on behalf of another customer, the locals thought we had gone mad.

-- rooms are not well cleaned (dusty rooms), -- we requested a baby cot and was not ready, -- breakfast resto closing early in the morning and we were not notified,

Lovely modern hotel with excellent fittings and decor.Well designed rooms for the space available. Quiet and tranquil ambience. We enjoyed the terrace outside of our room for private dining. It was great to be able to buy local produce from all the markets in the cobblestreets behind the hotel and picnic on the terrace. The kitchenette has a microwave if anything needs to be heated up. We also made use of the free wifi internet access. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.
