good location, friendly staff, every thing was perfect. i just booked for deluxe double bedroom but they upgraded us to junior suite and i was perfect |

Staff were willing to provide information on local restaurants and tourist destinations. They also allowed us to keep our bags in storage for an evening departure. The concierge was particularly friendly and always asked how our day was and if there was anything we needed while in Paris. Although short, we had a fantastic stay in Paris. |

The wonderful staff, proper Parisian feel of the hotel, chic but not over designed, elegant in only the way the French can do it. Great central location yet very quiet at night. |

Rooms were quite spacious, interesting and comfortable decor, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic location for walking Paris. |

The hotel room and the cafe are nicely decorated and clean. The location of the hotel is good for visitors commuting via train and metro. The staff in the hotel are mostly helpful. I booked a double room and included a comment that I need 2 single beds in the room. I was told when arriving at the hotel that I need to pay more in order to get a room with 2 beds. As there is no information saying that a double room means a room with double bed only, this leads to the misunderstanding. |

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room facing the Avenue de l'Opera was a bit noisy but OK level. |

Staff was friendly, service worked well, room ok and the hotel was excellently situated for everything. We asked for advice on a restaurant. What was recommended by the hotel staff was really bad (worst I can remember as a fact, we left and went for another one). |

Excelente ubicacion. La atencion del personal en recepcion, en particular la Srta. Sandrin y el Sr. Benoit que ademas hablaban un perfecto castellano siendo muy atentos en todo momento. La comodiada de la habitacion siendo muy amplia. El excesivo precio del desayuno 25€ por pesona. |

Les prestations dans l'ensemble ont été parfaites: acceuil , le concierge très trés pro et sympathique, le personnel en général prévenant et agréable, la chambre supérieure spacieuse bien agencée , le petit dej varié excellent, un très bon séjour qui sera répèté |

El personal del Hotel en recepción es realmente cortés y servicial. La Habitación (y el Hotel es general) estaban limpios y muy renovados. La ubicación es perfecta. Quizá la cama podría ser algo mayor (creo que eran de 1,5). Aún así resultó cómoda, El WIFI era de pago a pesar de que en la página de Booking indicabais que era gratis. |

Es un hotel comodo, muy bien situado para visitar Paris, no es grande y esto le hace ser mas familiar . El trato es muy amable .Yo solo desayune en el Hotel, por que estuve paseando por Paris, pero tiene restaurantes , Spa , salas de reunion .etc . Esto esta muy bien para la gente que quiera pasar mas horas en el hotel. |

останавливались второй раз. впечатление - уровень сервиса в целом выше стандартного парижского, но не дотягивает до среднеевропейского. завтраки довольно однообразны, но вкусные. своей парковки нет, зарезервировать возможности также нет. ближайшая подземная парковка в нескольких минутах пешком, стоимость ок. 25-30 евро в сутки. из отрицательных моментов: в номере включили отопление, но не в ванной. при включенном отоплении кондиционер не работает на холод. нет возможности прогладить одежду в номере, утюг и гладильную доску гостям не выдают, глажение как доп. услуга за плату. заходят в номер (для уборки) не смотря на табличку не беспокоить. впрочем, от парижского отеля не стоит ожидать идеала. |

Hôtel de prestige bien situé au coeur de Paris et à quelques minutes de l'Opéra à pied. Accueil/personnel digne d'un grand hôtel Hôtel de prestige qui a vieilli... D'ailleurs le hall est en travaux. La chambre un peu petite. Rapport/qualité prix limite quand au prix affiché sur la chambre.. |

Insonorizzato......ma dove? Vista sull'Operà? Avevo telefonato all'albergo e richiesto vista sull'Operà: ci hanno sistemati con vista su un viicolo......molto romantico!!!!! Camere vecchie e pulizia approssimativa. Di buono: materassi comodi, posizione strategica in centro e personale alla reception gentilissimo. |
