The hotel room and the cafe are nicely decorated and clean. The location of the hotel is good for visitors commuting via train and metro. The staff in the hotel are mostly helpful. I booked a double room and included a comment that I need 2 single beds in the room. I was told when arriving at the hotel that I need to pay more in order to get a room with 2 beds. As there is no information saying that a double room means a room with double bed only, this leads to the misunderstanding. |

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room facing the Avenue de l'Opera was a bit noisy but OK level. |

Staff was friendly, service worked well, room ok and the hotel was excellently situated for everything. We asked for advice on a restaurant. What was recommended by the hotel staff was really bad (worst I can remember as a fact, we left and went for another one). |

Atmosphere and freindliness and effectiveness of the staff. Good breakfast, really nice croissants. Too expensieve. But that is common for the hotels in Opera area. I cannot complain specially to the hotel. |

μας εντυπωσίασε η ευγένεια του προσωπικού, η καθαριότητα των χώρων του, το πολύ καλό του πρωϊνό και η τοποθεσία του η οποία είναι πολύ κεντρική και βολεύει για όλες τις εξορμήσεις. Δεν νομίζω ότι υπάρχει κάτι παραπάνω απ' ότι ήδη υπάρχει και να θέλει περαιτέρω βελτίωση. |

Le personnnel est tres souriant et courtois, la chambre un peu petite mais tres bien equipe, le petit dej copieux. Il y'avait des travaux a l'etage du dessus et on etait reveille chaque matin par le bruit assourdissant. |

O conforto do quarto atribuido e da localização do Hotel. Os funcionários tiveram sempre uma atitude simpática e adequada às necessidades. O pequeno almoço, quando perto da hora de fechar a sala, já não apresentava variedade de ingredientes. |
