Edouard VII Opéra  

It was a good hotel, close to Louvre , Opera, biggest shops. Good breakfast with sausages, bacon, fresh juice and different flakes and fruit salads! The service was excellent , the staff cleaned the room everyday. Good bathroom!

Wifi was not free . 20 euro for 3 days.

I would really reconsider the decoration regarding walls colors, purple is an depressing color and can easily ruin your mood

Thé staff were excellent...printed my boarding pass, addressed me by name when I passed through the lobby. It was a very welcoming boutique hotel- just as I like it. Will be delighted to stay there again.

Lighting in the room was a bit too low.

The reception staff were very hardworking, helpful and efficient. It was a good location It had an interesting history

Overall, the price did not match what was offered in terms of the quality of facilities. I would have been very happy to pay the prices for drinks in the bar, and restaurant and for breakfast had the quality matched that price. One does like to spoil one's self now and again. However, although everything provided was fairly good, nothing was really excellent. Breakfast was a good example - very pricey, but overall one felt rather foolish paying the price for what was given. There were plenty of cafes around that could provide a good breakfast at more sensible prices.

Very helpful and personable staff. Always making us feel welcome with greetings anytime we walked in or out of the hotel. Staff wanted to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay.

The reception is very small but efficient and kind staff except a bold guy who spoke to us with bad manner in Japanese. There is a super marker within a walk-distance which opens till 22pm. Bathtub is fine to use.

Some facilities are under rennovation without previous notice when booking. No coffee or tea maker set in the room that is not really good. Bed quality is not really good but o.k.

Location was convenient, staff were very good.

The room was advertised as having a balcony but it didn't have one. We had to get moved to a different room which had a small balcony, but it was still not a true balcony. The beds and pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The refridgerator was set to room temperature and couldn't be changed, meaning we couldn't store cool drinks. No tea or coffee maker. Vastly overpriced for basically a tiny room with no amenities at all.

Great different between the new and old room.Only around half of the hotel rooms were re-innovationed.

Breakfast is too expensive for the limited choice of buffet and for a simple "coffee and croissants" breakfast.

The hotel was absolutely breathtaking an the staff was very accomodating. Any, an everything we wanted was provided. Worth every penny.

Great Location, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Direct bus from CDG airport to Opera is really convenient
