The hotel is excellent located - near to the Tour Eiffel - 15 min walikng, 5 min to the gare Montparnasse, 25 min to St. Michel quartier. The metro station Pasteur is right on the corner - 200meters. There are 2-3 boulangerie and pattisserie near by where you can take a breakfast, as well restauranrs around.

Staff was friendly, helpful and great. The room was always kept clean. Internet, while free, was unavailable during the late evening to early morning (until about 2 AM) as it was apparently overloaded. I would get connection timeouts constantly. Would have preferred to pay something to cut demand. This was very frustrating.

Everything was fine(more or less). The biggest disadvantage was the absence of elevator... This hotel is not for families deffinitely, only for budget trips with friends. No elevator

Friendly staff, room was clean, good value for a 2 star hotel with a great central location in Paris. Sure, it's not really luxurious, but that's the choice to make. Would recommend - Not suited for less-abled people, no elevator - Drainage has to be checked, shower filled a bit up with water.

The hotel was well placed for the business trip I made. 1. When I arrived, it took the receptionist a long time to find my booking 2. The room was in a corner of the hotel, so the wi-fi signal was very poor. However, even in the lobby I wasn't able to use my phone for an VoIP call 3. The light switch was coming out of the wall and the only chair in the room broken - Although I immediately announced these issues, there were not resolved in the following 3 days that I stayed there.

If you are not particular about cleanliness, this is the best hotel base on location. Very near Metro-Pasteur and new Train Station- Gare Montparnasse. You can also see Eiffel from the road across the hotel. There is also a nearby laundry. But I do hope they maintain the bedsheet tidy. No bed bugs but the sheets doesn't smell new.

The location, it was 4 stations away from Eiffel Tower (and the metro station is right outside the hotel) Everything else: smelly sheets, no wi-fi, no parking, wc was broken, shower curtain broken, bathroom door not closing; only the location and the money we paid saved the trip

Certainly not lugging baggage upstairs, or the miserable breakfast. The room was fairly ok. The entrance is grubby. There is no elevator, and a lot of stairs to climb. The breakfast is minimal. Leaving bags is possible but seems very inscure. The area is fairly bleak as well.

It's proximity to tourism and airports. The hotel advertised about car parking but the staff was generally unaware of where the parking was.Neither the sink nor shower drained properly. No air conditioning and too much street noise. No electrical outlets near the bed to operate a CPAC machine while sleeping.
