The staff was not polite at all, it seemed like they wanted to get rid of everyone. Ok, it's no so expensive but still they should pay more attention at the comfort in the rooms. You can hear everything's happening in other rooms and bathrooms - windows don't prevent from noise at the streets.

Staff was nice. Rooms are small but adequate. It's true what other people say here about cleanliness (I.E. of towels) but that is really a small problem. If you need to stay in Paris for a short time and on a budget, this is really a great place to be. Love the good sound isolation of windows! Towels sometimes should be bleached.

I was travelling with my daughter who is 15 yrs old and we had a lovely stay, the rooms are small when you go in first but we enjoyed our stay. The location is prefect for all the famours locations in Paris, Train station opposite and metro 5mins away. The stafff were very nice and helpful with directions etc. Rooms were very clean. Value for money, you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family if they were staying in Paris. Thanks for a lovely stay to the management and staff. The Eiffel Petit Louvre didnt have wifi facility unless you had your own laptop etc. my daughter loves to check on internet so that was the only little thing.

Location Noisy street, so one needs to shut the window but there is no proper ventilation if you had the window close. Blankets need to be replaced; had stains on them.

The location is perfect. You can always go to eiffel tower by walk. The metro station is just opposite the hotel for easy access to the airport. There's a convenient store near the hotel if u want to buy water & food. Restaurants are also nearby. We booked double room but still very small. No kettle for heating water. Not very good if ur staying with ur children. No airconditioner. However u don't need an a/c in winter coz it gets really cold in the evening.

We found the staff to be very helpful, both those on the desk and the women doing the housework. The room was comfortable and clean. We found it very easy to go out to visit Paris and also to go to all the little food shops and supermarkets. We loved our stay there.

Nothing! I would recommend to avoid this hotel as much as possible. It was old, not really clean, no air conditionning (hard to sleep when Paris enjoyed 30 degrees) and the room was unreasonably small! Cheers, Brigitte Canada

The best point is that it is ideally located. It is in the most convenient locations. Also it is good stay for a group of friends. I can also recommended for family on shoe string budget. It is not luxurious stay though The cleanliness of the hotel and the ambience of the hotel. Too cramped corridor with dingy alleys., Needs to improve a lot on maintenance.

Place to sleep in Paris... Surprisingly big after reading other peoples reviews. Clean and safe enough. Close to supermarket and cafes and very close to the tower. For price and size I'd only stay 1 or 2 nights. But that's just Paris.

The hotel is located close to a metro station and about 15 minutes of walk far from Eiffel Tower. 1) Attendants were not pleasant to me. 2) Breakfast was poor and expensive (7.00 eur /day). 3) The mattress was old and unconfortable. 4) The shower support was broken, so I had to hold the hose at all times. 5) The bed was too old and suddenly broke during last night, so I had to sleep on the floor.

The location and the restaurants around the hotel as well as the markets. Lots of attractions and metro close by. The day staff was helpful. The towels need to be changed, to old. The curtain in the bathtub needs to fit the tub as it is dangerous. Needs to be updated a little. The price was a little high for the quality.

The staff spoke English and we were able to communicate. They were friendly and very helpful. They have the best house cleaners who make sure your room is clean and neat. The room also has wifi which is extremely wonderful and helpful for those attending meetings. The hotel is very conveniently located near a metro check point and so you can go anywhere in Paris right from that point. It is also very close to the Eiffel Tower which gives us time to walk, jog or simply wind down with a leisure walk to the park and back. It is also conveniently close to restaurants and small stores so you can shop, do laundry and even dry clean your clothes. The bed was perfect size. Very convenient. Well for one thing, it was summer and so it was a bit warm in the rooms since there is no air conditioning. Also the lobby is a bit small and sometime people just stand there and block your entry and exit from the hotel. So I would recommend perhaps a electric fan for the summer, air con if possible, but not real big and also if the lobby could be a bit more accomodating.

Very good location and easy to commute via Metro or Bus no 42 just 2 mins from hotel where it goes near to all main places such as eiffel tower, charles de and others.. If you are solo traveller this single small room is fine...but if you are travelling as 2 persons then you should look at the size of the room..size of the room is pretty smaller.

I like the location which is near to the Dupliex subway station and only 10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. The staff are friendly and helpfull. The internet is free of charge. There is no power point to re-charge mobile phone. No mini bar and kettle in the room. No space at the lobby to temporary store our luggage after checking out.

The best thing in the Eiffel Petit Louvre was personnel at the reception. Exceptionally nice, friendly, always willing to help, speaking good English. We had some minor issues, they resolved them at once. The rooms are basic/budget. The lighting in the rooms is poor, but it is ok if you stay there only in the evening before going to sleep. Wi-fi is free and quite fast. It is 10-min walk to the Eiffel Tower with a lot of small shops and cafes along the way. The subway is near the hotel. You can also reach RER in 5 to 10 min of walk. The location is very good. And many thanks to personnel! I would not like to complain about the hotel and do not understand moaners who write terrible reviews. Yes, it is a budget-based hotel, lighting is not sufficient to read a book in the evening but it is a two-start hotel. If somebody complains about the rooms/hotel and wants luxurious stay, he should choose a five-star hotel and pay big money for that or choose, for example, this hotel and be thankful for what he may receive for this money...

“The staff reception staff were helpful, pleasant and attentive and were more than willing to speak English. We greatly appreciated that as soon as we arrived, we were offered to have a shuttle bus to the airport arranged for our departure. Our room and bathroom were both spacious enough, and we were very pleased to have a bathtub (with shower over) - perfect for soaking away the tired travellers knees and feet. With the Dupleix train station being so close, the position was fantastic for getting around, plus it was only a comfortable 10 to 15 minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower. It is a very quiet area, so no late night disturbances. There is an elevator as well as staircase. ” Mark, Bendigo |
