Very well placed for a city trip

We requested a quiet room when we booked but was not allocated one on arrival.

extra location,good metro connection with other atractions,clean room,great view at Tour Eiffel.

The location was good, close to the subway.

The rooms were small and the bathrooms had no ventilation, they looked old and poorly cared for, bad lighting through out the hotel.

Nice hotel, very close to metro!!! The Eiffel Tower is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The tower is visible from some rooms! Our room was smal but comfortable to sleep!

The receptionists were very friendly. The room was small but convenient. The walls were thick enough to filter out the noise from other neighbours. The bed mattress was very comfortable not too soft to be saggy. We liked it for the money we paid and its location close to many alimentation facilities !

The hotel front glass banner was smashed ! The rooms doors banged when closed by the next neighbours ! The bathroom was very clean but the shower curtain the toilet seat, the sink stopper all needed some repair !

Poor entrance Corridor wallpaper is old and not clean Towel trolley forget it just behind the elevator in 1 st floor in middle of corridor, Toilette was used from some one and was dirty and not flush it or house keeping just forget the clean it. Corridor lights closing automatically and need it very hardly push the button to open them , very difficult in dark. Should be photocell system . cheap and smart.

Proximity to metro - local shops good variety - walking distance to Eiffel Tower and river Seine. More than adequate if looking for a reasonably priced hotel for a stay in Paris.

Shower not running constant temperature would be better to have shower doors instead of curtain - very small - large people would have difficulty. Hair dryer blowing cold on hot ...

Location excellent. Metro 1 minute walk away. Great streets all around for shopping, eating etc. Dupleix Bistro was great, would recommend there for breakfast and dinner. Room was exellent, small and compact but perfect. Get the Metro to Le motte picquet station and go to restaurant on the corner for dinner, loved it there, great food drink and service! Trains every 2 and 4 minutes on the Dupleix line. Very happy with the place in general, busy streets and good nightlife in the restaurants and pubs.

Hotel overpriced for the four nights stay.

1 min walk from subway. 10 min walk from Eiffel Tower. Perfect view. Warm rooms. Wifi included in the room price.

Breakfast is not value for money, just don't take it.

Location was good. With 42 bus, you can easily go to many tourism place. Also metro is very near. Good heating and hot water.

There is no sound proof at all!!!!! People are coming very late night or going out at 3am with yelling to their children to hurry. As the room is very small and the door is just next to your head, you can hear EVERYTHING. I couldn't sleep more then 3hours. If you are sensitive or need good rest for hardcore traveling, I can't recommend.

Good location for almost all of the tourist atractions and for eating and drinking typical french dishes in more or less french neighbourhood for acceprable prices. Not bad hotel If you don't spend so much time in the hotel room. Using private parking which is very close and with good prices. Not very noisy.

The prices are way too high for 2 star hotel even with this location even in Paris, cheaper hotels can be found on comunicative places, but if you're for first time in Paris the hotel is fine.

Close to effel tower and the very good night sleep . would recommed

Parking is little bit far but no complaint. Secure place as we were carring lot of luggage in car

Reserved 2 parking space,only had one,they denied having reservation for 2,luckily could find another one on the road nearby. Breakfast:not much for the price

The only thing what you can like in this hotel is the location, absolutely perfect for visit all Paris with Metro or velo.

I've never been in such mess in manner of cleanlines and bathroom facilities. Romms are similar of bordeils, nobody is cleaning the bath, I've got such an inflamation on my skin you can't imagine. Please stay away from this hotel where they are making you pay in advance before you can take a look at the rooms. On booking.com they explain if you cancell there should be just a night stay penalty, but arriving in the hotel they are thteaten you they will bill you the whole stay if you cancel ?!?!?! Who is laying? Do not go there 30 m on the bld De Grenelle you've got Mercure or Relais Charles Hotel 1000% better and Relais Charles is foir the same money.

The didn't have a kettle in room. Shower not very powerful.

It was central being near the Dupliex Metro, had a great view from our room of the Eiffel Tower.

The bathroom! toilet seat not properly fixed and VERY uncomfortable to sit on, flushing system poor, shower could not be pointed away from the wall so very difficult to wash one's hair or rinse off soap. Toilet roll holder made it difficult to reach paper when on the loo. Made me long to be in the comfort of my own home.

Brilliant location, metro across the road 10/15 walk to Eiffel Tower or two stops on metro, also metro a same line as arc so two sights very accessible from here.cafe right next door good food and prices.

Room very small, shower only for a bird bath, vey small. Really only for small people. Not for families

The situation is ok but not great. You can either take metro line 6 in front of the hotel, or walk for about 5 minutes (under the elevated metro, where there are flea markets and such) and take line 8. It takes approx. 25 minutes to go to the center (E.G. Louvre / Hotel de Ville).

The bed in our room was short: 180cm long, beware if you're tall. The cleaning staff removed one of the bath towels from our room after the first night. We were left with a single one for the two of us and had to ask the staff for a new one. The room had no power outlets apart from the one the TV was plugged in ! Extremely unpractical. Wifi was spotty in the room. All in all we expected better for this price.

Location. I like it that the Metro was just accross the hotel. After I learned the Metro, I took the Metro everywhere. I was able to accomplish all the tour spots that was on my list. Besides the Metro, the street has all kinds of store, flower shop, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, fresh seafood market, fruit and vegetables market. Every Wednesday there is a flea market till 1p. From clothing to pastries. That was awesone!

I can not complain. I knew it was a budget hotel so I did not expect room service or a gym. The room and toilet was small but it is clean and the shower has good running hot water.
