The location of the hotel is right in front of the metro station
The room was tiny
Near to effiel tower only 10 minutes walk
Rooms are not clean , no refreshment provided .
A lady, I thought she is a manager, who is working from every day from 8 am to 4 pm on reception desk was very pleasant and helpful. But I didn't ask her name. She gave us all needful information and always asked us that we need any help. She is almost specialist :)
Shower space is too small however its 2 star hotel.
We were young travellers and that fact it was so close to the Eiffel tower was amazing because from there we could get on the open top bus and get on and off as we please! Great bed lovely staff and free WiFi. Great stay
There was only a few downsides, the shower cubical was very small you could hardly move, you had to turn it off everytime you used shampoo etc as there was no room to do both! The only other downside was that the images dont make it clear to what the actual hotel looks like it took me and my partner a couple of hours to find! One picture U can see the Eiffel tower in the back ground where it actually is in front of the building.
Staff were helpful, bedding was clean and the lady receptionist booked us a cab several days before our departure and then called to remind them the day before we left. A final thing... the shops in the immediate location were terrific. a cheese shop, fruit shop and a boulangerie with delightful baguettes and cakes... they were all within a 2 minutes walk of the hotel.
On arrival at the hotel we weren't informed that there were light switches along the corridors... it was okay once we knew about it but a little disorientating trying to find our room because it was pith black. When we arrived in our room, we found that the toilet had flooded the toilet floor (but they moved us into another room which was good because we had a great view of the Eiffel Tower)
A walking distance to eiffel tower and the transportation. The
Jeanette, the daytime desk manager, helped us find a dog sitter and clued us in regarding local attractions. The location can't be beat.
The metro station was out of commission due to renovation.. but that's not the hotels fault. I will stay there again.
Location is great, only 5-10 minutes from Eifel Tower. 5 Minutes from Metro station. And you can see Eifel tower from your room. They have places on garage parking so you don`t have to leave your car on ste street. The stuff was very helpfull. My car broke down and they help me a lot. Thenk you once again.
Close to Eiffel Tower
Very hot and noises rooms , shower head Brocken ,bathroom light didn't work
The location was good, easily accessible to transportation, food & Tour Eiffel.
The general facility is tired. Very poor lighting, cramped and dirty elevator. The room (paid to upgrade to a double) was dark, hot, poor lighting (dull light in bath & one wall light in sleeping room) unable to read printed text. Soap, towels minimal, shower lethal.
Front desk staff
No Ac. Needs remodeled. Too dark
The location is close to the city centre
The customer was horrible. - I missed my return flight because the staff on duty refused me direction for getting a taxi that he wasn't paid for that. - A next door Chinese guest got electric shock and was not attended to by the staff - We went a whole day without internet connection. The staff on duty felt it was not his duty.
The location and the window view to the Eiffel!
Less cleanliness and washroom accessories.
I enjoyed the location; however, the metro line with a station across the street is closed for construction for the summer. We were able to reroute ourselves and find a station a few blocks away with a Starbucks nearby so we were happy. The price was great for the location and it was easy to get everywhere.
Only that the metro line was closed and there was some construction noise. If you are traveling and the weather is warm note that they do not have air conditioning. For us the weather was cool so we could open our windows.
i like janeut, the receptionist. she was very excellent and helpful person. for the night time, you should come early because over 12.00 a.m the door might be close!
most of all the location was perfect . and the price was very affordable ..
wouldn't recommend breakfast and the service wasn't that good. the staff never smiles !
I like it because it is near the city. Ease to go around.
Very dated, old bedding and towels. The shower is too small. Renovating when we were there - more discount could have been applied, plus advanced notice.
Internet was very slow, Room was dark, Desk lamp was not available for reading,
Like the staff
We only had 24 hours in Paris, No one knew where the location of this hotel was, we spent countless hours trying to find it. Ended up only spending a few hours in this hotel because it wasn't very clean! Total waste of our money, We had a better experience sleeping at the airport!
The (bath)room was clean, but the smell in the room was awful.
The shower was terrible. The water temperature was unsettled, boiling hot and icy cold, and it often stopped as well. I couldn't take it. I got burned. Another room of my frind My friend in another room was the same.
very very helpful staff. good information about city and various details were provided. location is excellent as its walking distance to Eiffel tower. Subway is very next to it. its simply superb
lift was out of order twice which lead us to do lot of exercise to bring up and down the luggage from third floor. passage lights are always shut. and important is toilet accessories were never replaced with new one like soap and shampoo.
