It's a great location. Close to the Eiffel Tower. No A/C. Had to purchase a fan for the nighttime. Good budget hotel. |

It had a nice tv in the room. The bathroom was clean. There were stains on my bedsheets, graffitti on the walls, the wallpaper was peeling off, the walls were all marked. There was no airconditioning, yet we couldn't open the window because the room faced into an internal courtyard and two guys in a room across the courtyard were drinking beers and having a right look at me (quite embarassing considering I thought I had privacy once in my own hotel room and was not wearing much as a consequence of the room being so hot). The lift was tiny and very awkward stair case - I needed help with my suitcase which wasn't provided. The walls were paper thin and from 6am there was no chance of sleeping with everyone banging around. |

View from the window although we could see only half of the Eiffel Tower; location - near the Eiffel Tower and metro station; I reserved room for stay from 18th to 20th May. They blocked me a reserve money for one night from my account in advance - 14th may (though it was time for cancellation without payment until 16th May) and so far (25th May) they did not give the money back inspite of the fact I payed for stay cash on 19th may |

This hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes from the major Paris attractions including the Eiffel Tour. This is not an upscale hotel and may not be a good choice for some travelers looking for typical American facilities. |

Close Proximity to Eiffel Tower, (5 min walk) good neighborhood for food and a grocery store nearby. Small room, even smaller bathroom. (probably normal size from what I hear) Hard bed, Hotel needs interior refurbishing throughout. Breakfast not even close to being worth 12 Euros per person. (it was included in our package, but not worth much) Was charged $3.80 Euro for small bottle of water, for the price paid for the room it should have been a freebie. |

The proximity of decent resturants to hotel (useful having arrived late in evening) and only a short walk (<10mins) to the Effiel Tower. Rate was good for a hotel in a capital city Water pressure in room slightly low! |

Location was great. Bathrooms were small, but updated. Overall, in a pinch it is okay, but pass it up if you have a choice. The pictures of this hotel do not match the hotel. The hotel is okay, but no where near great. The rooms were tiny with beat up walls and peeling wall paper. Do not fall for the Eiffel Tower view... it's the tip of the tower, nothing more! The breakfast is okay, but I would not pay 12 Euros for it... go out if you have to pay! |

The central location of the hotel means we are never far away from attractions and amenities. Family room is a bit on the small side but still comfortable enough to accommodate 4 persons. Rate was without breakfast so a bit on the high side. |

The location was nice: close to the Eiffel and cute, little restaurants. I don't usually submit negative reviews, but we were unhappy with our stay. We chose to stay at this hotel because they promised us a 2 room quad (good for putting down my baby at naptime and bedtime). I had called prior to arriving to ensure we had the proper room. When we arrived, we were told it was booked for someone else and received a TINY quad room without a door. |
