This hotel is very close to two metro lines and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and clean, with wifi supplied for each device you need to connect. The street has many restaurants and stores, with at least three bakeries within very easy walking distance. The room includes a safe with pin code you can set for valuables you don't want to carry around.
The rooms are quite tiny and fitting two people with their suitcases in can be a bit of a tetris-game. The cupboard has minimal hanging space and only one shelf.
The location was great - very central and within walking distance of tourist sites and public transport. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, despite the train line outside. This the perfect place to stay if you plan on being out and about all day.
The room and bathroom were very cramped
Hotel room tightness .
Location exclent as well as staff. Rooms clean and very comfortable. If we ever come back we will stay in this hotel for sure!
breakfast buffet was priced to high
Helpful and very friendly staff Very comfortable bed and bedroom
Poor shower with inadequate supply of hot-water. Very limited ancillary facilities or space within the hotel.
I thought the hotel was really nice and the bed was comfy! The staff was really helpful and polite and I enjoyed staying there. It is not expensive and they have a free wifi! Also great location!
I can't complain.. :)
Really kindly personal.
The staff, the room, the location was good
On my 27th visit to Paris I find a hotel that misses its 3 stars, by not offering light milk, yogurt or cheese for people with diabetes at breakfast. I have to buy all these things to be included in my breakfast. I have to buy a converter (adapteur france) for my electronic devices, something that was provided at all the hotels I have stayed in previous years.
The hotel was in a perfect spot. There were numerous metro lines within a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the Eiffiel tower was only a 10 minute walk. The staff was excellent and very frieny and the wifi was great in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
The internet was great. Being close to the Eiffel Tower was nice. There's a lot of restaurants in the area. The air conditioner worked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The parking was too far. The room is super super small. The elevator was tiny. The bathroom was outdated.
nice place near restaurant and cafe
very old building, small room ,you can hear the next room clearly , the receptionist take upfront fees
I visited Paris in August 2014. I had pre-booked Hotel Eiffel Paris after reading several reviews on this hotel. The hotel is ideally situated next to the metro line. The Eiffel Tower is only 10 minutes away. Our stay (for a family of four) was very comfortable. In my opinion, the asset at this hotel is Nicholas, at the front desk. I think he is a prime example on how Hotel staff should treat guests. Nicholas ensured our stay at Hotel Eiffel Segur would be very comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely visit Hotel Eiffel Segur again simply for it's excellent service and warm hospitality.
staff was really kind and the hotel was clean. it is ten minutes far on foot from the tour Eiffel and along the road to the tower you can find many typical bistrots and restaurants, so the position is perfect!
the room was very small, but it is not that important if you think you are in Paris!
Close to everything, if you are not lazy you can get everywhere by foot. Very good location, pleasant staff. Recommend.
Staff very helpful. Easy check in and out. Rooms clean and reasonably spacious for Paris. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and good eats places close by
Good location and friendly staff.
Staff were all super friendly and very very helpful. We got an early check in even though we didn't request it which was a welcome surprise. Rooms were clean and as big as can be expected for Paris standards. Beds are very large and comfy. Ample room for both of us and our 1.5 year old to sleep comfortably. Location is excellent... 10 mins from the Eiffel Tower.
Wi-fi kept cutting out
Excellent hospitality. Nicholas and Marcyn was just amazing and very kind to assist guests. Thank you so much.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. One of them who was on duty when we checked out, was very kind in helping me to get a taxi while my family waited in the hotel. He gave me the estimated taxi fares and notes in French so I can give it to the taxi driver where we would be going and that it will be four of us and that my family was waiting in the hotel. And all went good.
staffs were all friendly and helpful. their English were so good and always tried to give us information about Paris. farely well-located so we could take a velibe bicycle easily as well as took a metro.
You don't want to spend a room without a window in Paris. There was a small window but absolutely no view because the room is on the ground floor and there is a stair being used for the second floor right in front of that small window.
The hotel is very close to two metro stations (Segur and Cambronne) on two different links. Our room (no. 9) was up a small winding staircase and was a good size, no wardrobe but hooks on the wall, two single beds pushed together to form one HUGE bed, air con, flat screen TV, safe, and en-suite bathroom. We did not eat breakfast during our stay as we would find local cafes on our trips around the city. The hotel was very quiet and a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Ideal for those who want to be in the centre of Paris, but also enjoy a quiet nights sleep.
We would have to walk 15-20 minutes to find a good restaurant, it is not very "lively" and therefore would require a walk or metro ride to find a better selection of restaurants.
Close to metro and shops

Great staff, they were always available for questions and very helpful. Good wifi and location was perfect.
Rooms are small, but all hotels in Paris are like that.
Great location was most valued. Close to Metro and cafes. Walk to excellent sight seeing venues. Excellent staff and very helpful and polite. Great breakfast too.
Small rooms. Being Canadian, we like things in a big way. And we will pay for it.
