Location Staff Cleanliness Eagerness to assist
More in-room facilites such as kettle for tea/coffee would have been nice as I stayed 4 nights. When I aksed for extras they were provided nbut some more basics woul dhave been nice. Also there were no english speaking TV channels such as BBC world news of CNN etc
It's location, and cleanliness.
Upon our arrival one of the workers came across rude. Second he wpuld not let us to our room till late afteernoon due to 'cleaning' while he let several other couples and guests to their rooms.
If you want to see Paris up close and personal, the location of this hotel is fabulous. There were so many restaurants and patisseries within a few blocks, you would need a month just to get a sampling. Grocery and produce markets very close as well as public transportation. As a solo "mature" woman I always felt comfortable when I was out seeing the sights.
I had a single twin room. It was adequate but very small. The bathroom was so small I was unable to close the door when I used it. Good thing I was alone.
An absolute cracking little hotel!! Staff were some of the best I have ever encountered and so helpful. Cosy room and the hotel well located with many bars / brasseries nearby. Will definitely be going back to stay when next in Paris.
Small point, but no coffee/tea facilities in the room.
Location is great for Eiffel Tower, Invalides, hop-on hop-off bus route; staff are friendly and helpful and is great value for Paris hotel
Noisy street traffic on the negative side, especially on warm nights with window open (no air conditioning), bring ear plugs
A small, clean cosy hotel, with excellent location. Very good and friendly service.
I stayed in single room, Toilet and shower room i bit small, I appreciate you have space restrictions in such small hotels in Centre Paris,
Friendly staff. Helpfull
Small room not much room To move around.
The receptionist lady was extremely helpful. We arrived ahead of check in time, she moved the cleaning of our room to priority. We only waited for < 10min to get in.
Single room is quite small, the bed is quite narrow. There is no english channels on tv. No kettles / tea, you have to ask from reception, and every cup of tea COSTS you!
it is easy to get free shuttle to the airport.
not a big problem just have to wait for checking in
The service, especially the young woman's assistance at reception, the location, the cleanliness, the view from the balcony, the comfortable beds
The room, though classic plus, was very small (only one person could move around at a time)
We can see the Eiffel Turenne from our room. It's exiting.
I picked this hotel because it was close to my daughter's university. It was approx 12 min from the Eiffel towel and close to several Metro stations, which was very convenient. The front office is always open, with a person there to consult. The street was not too busy, and I felt safe coming in late. The room was clean, and no one was smoking in the building. Was very happy with my stay there.
The room is a little small, but for Paris, very adequate.
Location: 7th Arrondissement, Eiffel Tower & Seine 5-6 blocks away, Ecole Miltaire Metro & Bus stops around corner, Invalides 3 blocks, cafes everywhere, off-street parking an easy 18 minute walk. Old world charm: small number of rooms (6 on our floor), uniquely Parisian architecture yet sufficiently modern & large to be comfortable & efficient plus a lift. We loved turning our key in when leaving & retrieving it upon our return. The staff: everyone was business-like, pleasant & helpful but the real hidden gem is Humberto, the night desk man/concierge. We could not have asked for better, more gracious service. Humberto is ready & more than happy to share his intimate knowledge of Paris at night for the asking & in near-perfect English, which we truly appreciated. Accommodations: Our room was quite nicely furnished, quiet, featured a large bathroom, in-room safe & closet; the air conditioning (August) & Internet worked perfectly. No problem sleeping or the thin walls & cramped space one reads about in Paris. I could go on & on but suffice it to say my wife has informed me that on our next trip to Paris we WILL stay at the Hôtel Eiffel Turenne.
Not enough time to stay longer at this fine establishment.
The best hotel staff I've ever seen in my travels around the world
very Friendly staffs, great location to tour Eiffel, only about 10-15 minutes walk. Free wifi.
Bathroom facilities could improve a bit such as hangers for towels.
Everything is great... Friendly staff, perfect location, excellent price... :)
This time we went, lift wasn't working.. Not big deal though
A guest’s experience and touch point does not start upon check in but at the start of the booking process. After getting the booking confirmation, I was sending numerous emails to this property asking them how to get to the hotel from the airport, nearest landmarks, and the whole nine yards. The staff was very quick, witty, and lovable in their replies which I really appreciate. The room does not have the fussy details of a 5 star hotel but it has the basics for a traveler. The hotel itself is just a walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and Napoleon’s tomb. Tip to my fellow travelers; if you wish to buy water and food buy it from the Carrefour just outside the Ecole Militaire station. I’ve made a big mistake of buying 6 bottles of drinking water from this small Arabian grocery a few steps from the hotel and it was so expensive. The best way to reach the hotel and avoid the gypsy thieves (which is rampant in Paris) is to take the Roissy Bus from Charles de Gaulle Airport, the drop off point is behind the “Academie Nationale De Musique” now you need to walk towards the front of “Academie Nationale De Musique” and you will see the Opera train station opposite to it. There are no clear signs that it is the Opera train station but it looks like a very busy square in the middle of the street. From the Opera train station, buy a ticket to Line 8 (purple colored line) going to Ballard then alight at Ecole Militaire (5th stop).
Poor wireless internet connection
Location was great near Tower and Metro. Great value. Front corner top floors have a glimpse of the Tower but are a bit noisier on the street. Elevator a plus.
Loved the staff and the location! Very helpful English speaking staff and the hotel was clean and quaint. The location was right near the Eiffel Tower and wonderful cafe's and shopping.
Not really anything We didn't like. It was wonderful and very good location!
Staff couldn't do enough for you, very friendly and welcoming Great location, 10 minutes from tower, great bars and restaurants nearby. Cafe Rousillion around the corner self points of beer for E5. Close to metro
Rooms very small Would have been good to have tea/coffee facilities in room Paris very expensive. E10 for a point of beer is unjustifiable
Great location. Small rooms but very comfortable beds. Perfect for us as we were out all day sightseeing and at night there are lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Kept very clean.
Shower very small but did the job.
Location Clean Staff
very good service.
The location of this hotel is perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. When I visit Paris again, I will definitely be back.
Internet was patchy but not a big deal. You're in Paris, should be out exploring anyway.
Very good location and much better than expected. Great value.
Having to leave the key at the reception
