affordable, great location and amazing staff. I saw in the reviews that the water pressure was not good, or the room was cold or the Internet was not available. Non of these happened to me. Everything was great and worked perfectly.

One word to describe, AWESOME!

We liked the location, and the room heating, concidering it was very cold in paris. The staff spoked very good english.We were lucky to be in the room with a view on the Eiffel Tower. If you want it ask for room 61 on the 6th floor.;)

The rooms are very small, and they are not exectly clean. The doors are papir thin so if someone is entering the room next to you you would be able to hear everything.

Change towels daily. Clean. Not noisy, though walls are made of paper-like material. 1 minute walk to subway. Excellent price/quality/location, besides blocking the authorisation sum from the card.

Water pressure in the shower is not perfect. Very minor issue, doesn't make taking shower any difficult. Elevator is slow, steps are steep. The hotel charges half-the-price as the authorisation sum about 5 days prior to check-in. The sum is said to be back in a week.

Lovely helpful staff who spoke very good English and were polite about our attempts at French conversation!

The retrofitted shower was almost impossible to enter and exit. It was tiny. The carpet was very stained and the room hard to move around in.

We had a room for 3. Shower worked only in one bath and that had a sewer smell. Sink stopped up in one. Ac and refrigerator did not work. Had to keep windows open and lot of street noise. Across from Metro stop. The staff was very accomodating thank goodness.

There is a small shop around the corner selling many things and open till late. Some restaurants on few steps as well. Metro lines 2 blocks away.

Reception staff varies between some good ones and other that don;t really botter you are there waiting for a room key or something else. Hotel is around 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower so not so close as the map suggests. Family stayed in two different rooms, one with much more space than the other. They gave the smaller one for the couple with a baby so fitting the baby Cot took most of the room space space. could have been more careful on that. Also the toilet sink was blocked and water was comming up on any usage. Can't blame the hotel for doing their marketing but the pictures gives you a much better impression, stick to the 2 star rate.

I didn't like the bathroom, we didn't have space enough to take a shower. We booked 2 rooms and one of those was not good, we didn't have space to walk to the bathroom. One of the staff were polite, but the others didn't care about simple questions we had about the city and were not so happy in helping us. They have a small ladder when we walk to the lift, so we couldn't take the baby push chair to the room and it's difficult to carry the heavy luggage.

The hotel was located on the train line which was convenient and was within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower(we are relatively fit!!) Supermarkets,restuarants and a bakery were in close proximity. The breakfast was more than adequate and use of the internet was free. We were able to store our suitcases for a full day on the day of our departure. We were able to pick up English TV news in the room.

The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. Although in need of redecoration the room was clean.No airconditioning and Paris was hot!! Possibly a little bit out of town but it did'nt worry us.

It was quiet and peaceful, rooms were spacious. A short walk to the shopping area.

We had no hot water due to electricity problems but this was not any fault of the hotel.

I liked very much the location of this hotel. It's close enough to all Paris attractions to travel by foot. Near to the hotel are really nice thai and korean restaurants and a night shop, where you can buy alcohol till 2 am :)

Location is good .Very close to Segur and Sevres metro stations. Room cleaning service is not good at all.They forget everyday something.Room dors are very close to each other so on every entrance of people to their rooms you hear it.

Room cleaning is not so good.They forget to put extra towels and shampoo in the room.my toothbrush was disappeared in the bathtoom somehow.Ladies in reception are not so welcome.

Perfect location, has elevator ;) we had a perfect price deal. Very near metro station. Clean room. Staff talks perfectly in english.Kinda big and spacy room and bathroom comparing with usual small hotel rooms.

Location is good. From my room we could see the Eiffel Tower, which was quite lucky. Our room was located at 6 floor. The room facilities are clean in general. The days we stayed there were freezing, luckily the heating system works well.

The price. But this is in Paris. :) The hotel's advertisement said 20min walk can reach Eiffel tower. But in reality, i'm afraid not. You can only use metro.

The location was ok, near three metro stations and just a few minutes from the tower. A good place to get some rest and discover the amazing city that Paris is.

It is expensive, as well as the whole city.

Hello. I booked hotel for 2 days the 200 euro. I paid for 2 days by cash in the hotel. Also my money were drawn out my card the 90 euro. I had answer at the hotel reception that 90 euro I will take back . I am waiting........ I left from hotel 18/03/2012. B.R. Alexander

La proximité de la Tour Eiffel et du Métro.

Notre étage était en travaux, du plastique partout au sol, odeur de peinture omniprésente dérangeante, sacs de béton juste devant l'accueil qui laissait croire que l'hôtel était fermé. Lampes de la salle de bain avec fils apparents. Bouche d'aération de la salle de bain qui est tombée, laissant tomber avec elle de la moisissure. L'accueil par le personnel est tout juste sommaire. Quand le couloir est allumé la nuit, la lumière envahit la chambre. Insonorisation insuffisante.

Les+ : situation geographique proche metro (1min) proche tour effeil (15 min de marche) lit kingsize 2x2m. Fenetres fermees: silencieux. Papier toilette tres doux! (C est rare). Propre.

Les- : taille de la douche (beaucoup trop petite). Tables et chaises pour petit dej inconfortables et trop petite (je ne mesure qu un 1,80m) nous avons eu des viennoiseries mais les clients suivant n ont eu le droit qu a du pain (renouvellent le pain mais pas les croissants quand y en a plus) La fermeture des portes de chambre est tres dur, il faut claquer pour fermer. Sinon la porte reste ouverte. Donc la nuit vous entendez tous les voisins en train de claquer plusieurs fois leur porte pour essayer de la fermer. ( ça va, il n y a que quatre chambres par etage! !!)

L'isolation sonore. L'accueil sympathique.

Très mauvaise qualité du Wifi. Impossible de se connecter à internet. Défaut rédhibitoire pour un voyage d'affaires. Il est possible que ce soit lié aux travaux en cours.
