Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast room was very condensed, tables were very small and hard to get in and out of. The staff servicing the breakfast buffet very efficient, however not friendly.

Staff were very helpful, good location to metro train station, loved the basket of croissants on the coffee table on our first day. Great location, 10 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Very small rooms (to be expected in Paris).

Nothing!!! Do not book there!!!!!!!!!! The staff was extremely rude and did not help with anything. While checking in they knew English perfectly. After we got our stuff in our room and came down to ask for directions and maps they were rude and would not help us with anything. The nearest parking garage was .5 miles away. The room was so small and you felt like a little box. Definately not worth the 150 euro.

Excellent location and the room size was larger than we expected. The staff at the desk were very helpful and knowlegeable - very impressed with John and his linguistic skills and efficiency. Glad to see 2 stands to place luggage. Bathroom - liked the new tiles/fittings. Lots of hot water for showers. Hair dryer worked very well - when I did have a problem on the 4th day it was immediately attended to. The bedspread and shower curtain both needed to be replaced - they were unclean and a bit of a turnoff. The carpet in the hallway also was needing to be replaced. Suggestion: Our room had a large "hall" entrance that could so easily be made into usable space by putting up some well positioned hooks for knapsacks/coats. Also needed was a makeup magnified mirror for makeup application - very poor lightening for this as well.

La cercanía a la torre Eiffel. La cama era muy confortable. La zona del hotel es buena (bistros, y cafés en la zona; la parada de metro de dupleix a 1 min andando...) Tienda con productos para celiacos muy cerca. Very close to the Eiffel tower. Bed was really comfortable. Area around hotel is very good (with a lot of shops and cafes/bistros near by....1 min walking to Dupleix metro.) There is a health-bio store one block from hotel with products for celiacs. The cleanliness of the rooms was suitable. Overall: very good value for your money. Internet service is very expensive (just like most things in france) for 15 minutes 4 €.....Queriamos imprimir las tarjetas de embarque para nuestro vuelo de vuelta.

Sonia and Yann were amazingly helpful and friendly. They made me feel more than welcome to be at their hotel, and they were always ready to provide helpful advice on transportation, museums, places to eat - pretty much anything. I felt like I could really rely on their knowledge and expertise. I really appreciated their concern that I was always comfortable and that I could get around the city easily. As a lone traveller, it was nice to be able to chat with them at the end of the day. Also, the bathrooms look like they were recently remodelled and are very nice. The plumbing worked great, and there was alway hot water. I would definitely stay at Eiffel Capitol again. The housekeeping staff was a bit stingy and inconsistent about leaving enough toilet paper and soap in the bathrooms, and leaving tea and coffee packets each day. And they really need to vacuum the room floors every day. They did not vacuum the room floor even once during my entire 7-days stay there. Room cleaning services were a bit disappointing.

The best within moderate budget. Can be reached there @ 57 Euro by taxi from cdg Airport. Excellent location...just a 5 minutes walk to 'Duplex Metro Station and 15 minutes walk to Eiffel tower! An exotic/ elegant series of boutiques, bistros, patisseries, cafe's, bars, lounge's and Asian/ Arab restaurants are located alongside the streets to Eiffel Tower and around the hotel. Bilingual front desk staffs are cordial and really helpful. Disneyland tickets were available at the front desk @52 Euros at the hotel. But it's available at the 'Tourist Info Center' in front of Disney Village @38 Euro per person for 1 Day/ 2 Parks. Airport Shuttle is available from the hotel to cdg @17 Euro per person; it was timely and comfortable. I would suggest Eiffel Capitol to the 1st time traveler's to Paris. Children's over 3 yrs are not allowed to stay in the same twin bed/ double room with parents!

The location for the tower One staff member tried hard to push the taxi service that costs £60 - we arrived from the airport for £28 and returned by train for less. We didn't like this hard sell although to be fair the other staff didn't do this.

The location was perfect and quite convenient for our needs. The place was way too small even for Europe. Our 1st night had no air but still charged us full fare for that night. Staff not very user friendly some of them bordering on rude, breakfast way over priced, and just did not enjoy our stay at all.

The hotel is absolutely disgusting. The entrance smells like urine and mildew. The room is below what is considered sanitary in the United States. We originally booked the hotel for 4 nights but only stayed 1 night. We arrived at 8pm and could not get into our new hotel until the next day. We left Eiffel Capitol at 7am and never looked back. It was horrendous. The hotel staff initially offered a refund for the 3 nights but then called our room 15 minutes after we booked the new hotel and told us this was no longer an option and we had to pay for the room. We took pictures of the mold and mildew as proof. I will never recommend this hotel and you could not market this hotel anymore. The hotel should be rated as 1 star.

Everything was great inside - the rooms very adequat for a short city stay, clients seem to be all very nice and quiet ( no party animals) however I didnt get a room in the back as I asked and I didnt get much sleep. The level of street noise is terrible, especially on first floor.and it seems to not have double glazing.... Its a shame because otherwise it woudl have been perfect

It was located at a great spot. So close to the metro and only a short walk from the Eiffel tower. Our friends room had a view of the very top of the Eiffel tower. Our first room stunk so badly of old wet carpet that we had to ask to change rooms - which they did. Our second room then flooded as the shower didnt have anything to stop the water from spilling out. The 'manager' came up didnt speak any english and was quite rude, however after getting new towels we enjoyed our stay.
