Nothing was like a hotel, i mean everything was poor, the machinary was not working and they make bring them cash from ATM machine and i wolked in a strange city for two hours to find them cash and they allow me enter my room after the third night of my stay and the best point is that my cards were working outside and was not working in their hotel. |

Location, was the major feature, close to my business, but also close to potential touristic attractions I thought the category 3* excessive. The price of the breakfast (14 euro), which was not included, made the stay not value for money |

we liked its location to eiffel tower and rivertrips its many bars and bistros and its friendly and helpfull staff that was our second time staying there and will go back there again |

During last three years English skills of staff has growth essential. Brekafest is a step higher as in some other hotels located around Eiffel Capitol and is served on street level (not in cellar). The bath is on good dimensions also for persons with XL size. Mini bar is very profuse and it is difficult to use refregerator for food of clients. |

Close to everything and right next to a metro stop for things that were further away! Perfect location It's rated as a 3 star hotel... And it was "fine"... But I think I would rate it as a 2 star... Maybe 2 1/2 stars max! :-) |

Good location for all major attractions, Eiffel Tower only 10 mins walk. Breakfast on offer was a little basic. |

Friendly staff, especially Voltaire, who was very helpful. Lively area, lots of good restaurants. Very near métro station. Room rather small and dark, but they all are in Paris |

Breakfast was very generous. One administrator was very friendly and helpful. the location was very good. Some persons of staff were very arrogant. some of our request were left unnoticed. |

lo que más nos ha gustado es la ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona donde se encuentra, con un estación de metro muy próxima y la torre Eiffel a tiro de piedra la cama era incomoda, el cuarto de baño era diminuto y no estaba demasiado limpio, y el desayuno también dejaba mucho que desear |

Die Lage war sehr gut. In wenigen Gehminuten waren wir am Eifelturm und wir waren nicht starkem Straßenlärm ausgesetzt. Eine U-Bahn Station war auch um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war sehr muffig und nicht sehr groß. Das Bad hatte keine Lüftung. Die Leute an der Rezeption sind zwar nett, nur sollten Sie sich genaustens imformieren, wo man umsonst parken kann. Auch wenn sie nicht wissend im Halteverbot stehen (vor dem Hotel), werden Sie von der Rezeption nicht gewarnt und kassieren einen Strafzettel. Auch sollten Sie sich nicht unbedingt irgendwelche Touren aufschwatzen lassen, wenn Sie nicht unbedingt eine Boots- oder Bustour planen. Wenn Sie nicht französisch sprechen, dann sollten Sie zumindest Englisch können. |

Si le personnel est agréable les chambres dites doubles sont petites, la salle de bain devrait etre refaite, et quant à la proprete cela se pose: beaucoup de poussiere, les chambres , selon les personnes qui nettoient sont soit tres mal faites soit acceptable, le rapport qualité prix n est pas bon!cordialement |
