Passy is a nice location and handy for many things without the bustle of the city centre. The hotel has thirty three rooms in a very small building however! Hotel or hostel? A fine balance to define precisely. Rooms are very small for the money and do avoid the cafe/bar restaurant adjoining it (probably not owned by the Eiffel Kennedy.) Beware also other restaurants recommended by the hotel - but then despite the hype, you do not go to Paris for a food or drink experience. Stick to rural France! |

Hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Building work next door. No chance to have a sleep in as they started work at 07:00 each day. Currently I could not recommend this hotel based on this one reason only. I suspect the building work is likely to take several more months. |

The friendly and helpful staff were very much appreciated especially as this was our first visit to Paris. The room and bathroom were small but adequate for our needs. |

Friendly, helpful staff who spoke English. Clean, comfortable room. Good location (15 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower). Hair dryer was very poor - it would have taken ages to dry long hair. Hotel claims rooms are soundproof but we could hear cnversations from the rooms around us which made us uncomfortable wondering what they could hear from our room! |

Cosy and peaceful hotel, but the neighbouring construction site made some noices after 6 a.m. (of course that is not at all hotel's fault). The breakfast was excellent. |

Breakfast was good compared with standard breakfast in Paris hotels. Free wireless internet connection! Air conditioning! Small breakfast room |

The staff were really friendly and happy to give directions and advice about travelling around Paris, and the room was excellent. The hotel will be our first choice when we return to Paris in the future |

Everyone was so helpful at the front desk. The breakfast was also very good. This hotel has a great location and good restaurants close by.Check out the bakery across the street. The lady who served us breakfast could not speak English so we had some difficulty communicating with her. She did not take our room number one morning because of the lack of communication. We had to tell the front staff we had breakfast that morning as we did not get charged for it. |
