In Paris’ 14th arrondissement (district), this Mercure hotel is just 500 ft from rail and TGV connections at Gare Montparnasse and is in the same street as many restaurants and theaters.

Small room (even by Paris standards Internal noise - we could hear the lift going up and down and every word of a telephone conversation from the adjacent room
Great location a walk away to the Eiffel Tower and the River Seine. Plenty of places to eat close by.. Close to the 72 circuit bus which ticked of loads of tourist attractions. Staff very helpful and polite.
No unpleasant surprises here
Staff quality, calmness, neat and clean room, variety for breakfast
Distance from the nearest metro station was a little far.
What an amazing hotel it is! Perfect location! Rooms are small but very cosy. Whole hotel is refurbished with all the rooms redecorated. Staff we're extremely friendly. Would definitely be staying here again in the future. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
Nothing, everything was perfect.
Upon arriving we were greeted very warmly. The gentleman showed us the places we were interested in and circled them on the map.He gave us helpful info on bus 72. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were excellent. Great location! We would stay here on our next visit.
We were completely satisfied.
Walking distance to many sights, near tour, comfortable rooms, good breakfast.
Location is close to city center. Small rooms but clean
I went with 2 children (aged 1 and 3) and had booked it after entering appropriate search details that is 4 people in Booking.com. On top of that I had my previous hotels reception call the hotel that 2 children are allowed. After the answer being affirmative, i had confirmed the booking. As soon as I arrived I was told that 4 people are not allowed. Owner/receptionist was not ready to listen that I had called. Finally allowed us to stay. My daughter that evening spilled some soup on the floor and caused small stain no bigger than your palm. Next day I was charged 500 euros for that stating that entire carpet has to be replaced. That was excessive for such a small stain and hardly visible. but there was no talking to the owner he went ahead and charged anyway. So avoid at all cost unless you want some nasty surprises.
the staff are very friendly, always ready to help with what they are capable of, room rearangement, showing the way. Rooms are cleaned everyday, with daily necessities supplied timely
wifi singal is not very strong and sometimes missing on level 1, have to go downstairs when checking emails
First, when I arrived at Eiffel Kennedy Hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also fluent in English, so It's really good for tourist from Asia like me and my friends. The room smells so good. The place is the combination between classic and modern. The elevator/lift is bigger enough for 2 persons and 2 big luggages (@25kgs). The hotel is very clean every where. The bathroom can be compared to the 4 stars even 5 stars hotel. The Wi-Fi is so fast and easy to connect, even when you are already outside the hotel across the street. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The taste is super! Also, a lot of cakes is being deserved for guests. You can start your breakfast from 6.30 am. It's beyond awesome! Keep being awesome. I will always stay in this hotel every time I go back to Paris.
Nothing. Everything about this low rate hotel is perfect.
The hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower and public transportation (5min walk away from bus station and about 10-15min walk away from metro). The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful.
The room was quite small --but normal considering the good location and money charged.
Close walking distance to the metro and the Eiffle Tower. Just far enough out of the busy to be able to enjoy.
The room size for 3 people
Comfortable bed, clean, spacious bathroom, AC, friendly staff
being picky, no cable, uncomfortable angle to watch TV, mini bar price extortionate. Sound proofing did not cover next door's squeaky bed at 2am or the usual scooter traffic
We loved everything about this hotel. The area is very Parisian and they have a really nice restaurant down stairs. Staff were helpful. I loved how cute the hotel looked on the outside as well. Great to have good wifi and everything was clean and comfy.
Nothing really. The breakfast on offer is slightly expensive but they do offer quite a bit. The metro station is a bit of walk - 10-15 min walk with luggage, but that's not a real complaint.
It's close to a RER station which can connect to metro. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It's close to eiffel tower. There are a few grocery stores close by. There's an Asian restaurant opposite to the hotel, there are a lot of restaurants a little further down the street where RER station is located.
Small elevator but enough for 2 people with luggages. Small room but generally acceptable in paris.
Friendly, comfortable and in a nice area
I like the location, easy access to bus and trains, could see the Eiffel tower from my second floor room. The staff especially Simone were great.
Staff ans location
Room very small
Really helpful staff, very friendly and welcoming with super advice about travel within Paris and sightseeing tips. Good choice at breakfast and small friendly feel made it perfectly comfortable for someone travelling alone. A lovely stay and hope to return in the future.
Comfortable bed, good shower. Amazing cakes and flans baked by the proprietress for breakfast. Helpful staff.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean room, air conditonning
Pretty but small bedroom, a little bit expensive for what it is
Had requested Soya Milk for breakfast (receipt of which was confirmed by the Hotel). Were berated for making such a request. They told us that they do not accommodate any special dietary requirements. This should be stated on the website. Avoid this hotel if you have any special dietary requirements!
Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast room too small for the number of guests. One guest had to come back later as there were no free tables. Rooms are small.
Hotel is small, comfortable and conveniently located. We had a very friendly welcome. Staff speak good English if required and are very helpful.
