wi fi was not working in the room, only on reception

The hotel itself was a charming place. Our twin bedroom was spacious enough and the bathroom was quite modern & extremely clean. However, it was the staff that made the stay so enjoyable. They could not do enough for us, suggesting scenic drives and recommending a fantastic place for dinner and just being very welcoming. I would love to return to Saint Malo to be able to spend more time there and would definitely stay at the Hotel Elizabeth.

I am a seasoned traveller and fairly fussy. Extremely helpful staff. Very well kept rooms with tea and coffee facilities. Good breakfast selection for this category, cereals, breads, yogurts, preserves, ham and cheese. Location easy and parking available but pre-book (they happily park your car for you). Bear in mind most hotels in St Marlo old town are max 3 star so do not expect facilities such as spas, room service etc. However, this was a lovely building, it has a lift, all the buildings are very tall, so a lift is important! Any of the hotels are well located if staying in the 'inner old town'. If you want spa's etc - don't stay in old town, but the new town has little else to do. If you want character, castles, architecture, boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants then do. About 3 min drive from ferry terminal.

Très bon accueil. Nous avons séjourné dans l'annexe "les skippers" : la chambre avec 2 lits est agréablement décoré comme dans une cabine de bateau, l'autre chambre comportait un petit couloir avec des toilettes séparées. L'hotel est très calme. Le petit déjeuner était très complet avec entre autres du pain frais de qualité et des confitures délicieuses dans une trés belle pièce en sous-sol.

l'accueil du personnel. Toujours à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner copieux mais onéreux 11 € par personne, malgré les verres fêlés. Le 2ème jour malgré l'avoir signalé, toujours verres fêlés. Le fait qu'il soit intramuros.

O hotel é um lugar agradável. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Café da manhã bom.

A garagem do hotel é extremamente estreita e sua disposição em relação a rua dificulta ainda mais a entrada. O preço pela noite no estacionamento também não é dos melhores (20 euros).
