Exceptional friendliness and assistance in all matters. Staff very up-to-date and what to do and see. I would rate this hotel superior for it's hospitality. Size of bathroom |

The warm welcome we received and the fact that the manager took the time when we arrived (after 9pm at night) to find out what kind of restaurant we liked and to phone and make a reservation at the one he recommended (which was excellent). The entrance/reception of the hotel was very charming but we were staying in the annex which was much less characterful. We knew we had booked the annex, but it was still a bit disappointing in comparison to the lovely feel of the main part of the hotel. |

we stayed for six nights at this hotel and the staff could not have been more helpful. They are well informed about the area and offer every assistance to guests. Also in the recommendation of restaurants. The room was good, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent! We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our return to Brittany. Oh and the breakfast was good too.... |

The extreme friendliness and efficiency of the hotel staff; wonderful location in old St Malo and closeness to ferry port The fantastic location had its costs in terms of difficulty in parking |

We loved this hotel. The patrons were charming and helpful. Room very comfortable, good shower. Excellent breakfast in very pretty stone cellar dining room. Old St Malo on our doorstep. Huge thanks to our hosts for arranging extra vet appointment for Rufus on a Sunday and giving directions to surgery when our boat had to be cancelled due to bad weather. |

The hotel is tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is very well situated for accessing the old town. The hotelier provided us with a wealth of information and was very welcoming. We were given an excellent breakfast, in a delightful dining room. |

Location in the walled city, yet offers carparking. Coffee/tea in room (unusual for France). Friendliness of staff. |

The hotel was aware of the surprise visit by our children for my wife's birthday and went out of their way to ensure that everything went smoothly - nothing was too much trouble. The ambiance and facilities of the small family run hotel close to all amenities was just what was required. Would definitely stay again. |

The location of the hotel and the look of the hotel. The staff were very helpful. The floor covering to the loo and bathroom was incredibly rough and hurt your feet unless you had shoes on |

That the staff spoke English, and that the hotel was located on a quiet street, but within walking distance of restaurants. No lift and lots of stairs for elderly parents |

The hotel Du Louvre is located in the best place of Saint-Malo. The area called "Saint-Malo intra muros" is in the ramparts of the citadel. |
Nestled in a 6-hectare park only a 5-minute drive from the beach, the Château Hôtel Du Colombier dates back to the 18th century and combines historical charm with modern comforts. |
The stylish rooms of this recently renovated hotel are located in the centre of Saint Malo, close to the charming Old Town and the beach. |
Enjoy a spectacular view of the Channel and direct access to the beach from this seafront hotel, within easy reach of the railway station. |
