Great location

Staff were unhelpful and distant. Made no effort to provide information to travellers - acted like it was an inconvenience to have customers in hotel. Extremely small hotel and room.

The location is very nice, near the middle of the champs elysees, where you the Metro. Near the Hotel there is a very good bakery to take the breakfast or even buy food to take with. There are also some restaurants.

Is really small. but we got used to it and by the way we were there only at evening to sleep.

I doubt the number of stars for this hotel, Very Small room, almost no facilities, the smallest reception and elivator ever, rooms are very old and poor cleaning, the room smell was so bad, it is not worth the money, I moved to another hotel with only 15 Euro higher per night, but the quality was totaly the different and in a closer location to Champ elysee

There was no phone device in my room, so I had to go downstairs to the reception to communicate any issue I might had. Also the Wifi worked only the first night, my second night it was broken and reception told we rather had no hopes of it being restored.

I liked the location of the hotel, cleanliness and tastefully done design

I did not like the service, the TV and the machine coffee didn't work and 5 days is not repaired, not so good WiFi.

We stayed 4 nights. 2 days without any towels! The cleaning was not the best. Poor service and not friendly stuff. Should be 2-star hotel.

The shower did not work for the whole 3 days we were there even though we reported it on the first night and as there was no bath we had to wash in the sink. And all I was offered was the last night at half price I am aware it was over the new year period but that is no excuse for a service industry business.

Charming clean and modern little hotel right in the thick of things, i got my room on a special so it was great value.

The location was good & good service with free mini bar in the room.

Friendly counter staff and spoke good English.

It is really clean and tidy, service was good. It has a very central location just in the middle of Champ Elysees

The hotel is absolutely tiny! I mean everything is so small even rooms and etc. you will feel your self like Gulliver! If you found small places disturbing keep away from this stylish, designer hotel. Also the hotel is quite bit expensive for the size.
