Timhotel Tour Montparnasse    

I like the variety of restaurants offering good food and service. I like the convenience of the hotel to shops nearby for food and train station.

I didn't like the sense of insecurity from the train station to Eiffel Tower. If the police would spread out and not just station at the Eiffel Tower, it would let the visitors feel safe.

The location was perfect. Two metro station very near. Very clean and the breakfast with high quality. The staff was correct. Everything was ok. There is pictures of famous painters at the head of the bed.

This is not a four star hotel at all! I had to change the room because of the smell. In the other one the phone didn't work when I was waiting a call. The receptionist during the day was awful and not nice at all. For that price could really find better deal!

Excellent location, close to many cafes and great transport links. Cleanliness.

Room was clean but housekeeping was inconsistent. Very noisy, walls seemed paper thin. Very small room, typical of Paris.

Friendly concierge on first evening, very friendly, positive, helpful. Quality of furnishing.

Perfect location, closed to Montparnasse Rail Station. Many restaurants of various tastes around, small supermarkets and shops too. The area is crowded but inside of the hotel is very calm. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Although the room is little, it contains all I need and it's well designed. The breakfast is very nice, too. I love the croissant and pain au chocolat. The most important is there is a lift while in many Parisien hotels there isn't!

Price is a little bit high.

Great location in a fun part of Paris

The bedrooms are ludicrously small. Just 15" on each side of the bed and nowhere to put a suitcase. The honest thing to do would be to let potential clients know just how tiny the rooms are and give them the opportunity to decide. For me, never again at such prices.

Keep the eggs & bacon hot it was COLD.

We were in transit and needed to catch the train early in the morning so unfortunatey missed out on breakfast but it was very conveniently located. Bed was very comfortable and even though its on a busy street we weren't kept awake. Staff friendly and happy to deal with our very bad French. We were happy with room but its pretty small and some may want something bigger.

Staff were friendly and in an excellent location as a starting point to see Paris with metro and train stations near by.

minor thing - the plugs in our room did not work, but our room was changed quickly with minimal fuss!

It's only 3 minutes walk from the Gare (or Metro) Montparnasse-Bienvenü on a silence small street. Nice equipment - every room has a name from a famous painter whose picture is decorating the room. Elegant (but very small) bathroom

Very good central location

Comfort rooms are small but that's Paris. All in all there is very good value with this hotel.

Very comfortable well appointed room. While somewhat small, the bathroom was well sized. A very comfortable room.

The staff member who checked us in failed to order our requed early morning wake up. Also, there was no hot water in our room when we wanted to shower at 0600 hours.

Hot water didn't work the whole time, neither did the air conditioning. Receptionist did nothing to apologize, offer us breakfast, discount.... Nothing

Great location, quite, 5 mins walk to several metro stops, 15 mins walk to Jardin du Luxembourg. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by, even in the summer holiday season when Paris traditionally shuts down.

Coffee at breakfast. Not sure what it was, but not French coffee. Breakfast is ok, but lots of choice elsewhere, and cheaper.

Quiet lovely room fairly spacious by Paris standards close to train station. Comfortable beds and coffee making facility eg jug in room. Room 705 had nice view across city to sacre coeur and montmarte. Nice Japanese restaurant next door handy for weary travelers.

Booked for mum and dad who were very happy with the location and with the welcoming and helpful staff. The place was spotless and they were impressed.
