That it was located few steps from the main street. There is almost no lobby its so tiny. But our room was of good size. |

The hotel is very nicely placed one block from the Champs Elysee about midway between the Arch de Triumph and the Place de la Concord with nice restaurants and shopping and the metro close by. The accommodations are quite modern and functional considering the age of the building. Quiet, charming, and quite comfortable, the lobby is tiny but who cares. The staff is friendly and efficient. The elevator only held one person with baggage and the bathroom mirror was poorly lit. Breakfast was so-so. |

Location, location, location! Our room in last floor with small balcony and window-door in mansard style had a really Parisienne view all over the other roofs and streets. Stuff were rather friendly and speaking good touristic English. Lot of good restaurants and shops nearby but real Paris life with smaller bakeries and bistros could be seen as well. Like most other small hotels in Paris this one has very tiny rooms. Elevator was incredibly narrow, stairs definitely not for some with claustrophobia and our room in penthouse had yellow tapestry all over the walls, celling and even hangings were from the same material. |

I have been staying for two nights in that Hotel one night it was 88 Euro and other It was 110 Euro, whereas the staff didn't tell me in advance they will rise the room price, this my comment. |

The location was excellent but the hotel was very basic, however it was clean, warm and staff were pleasant . We were out all day and only used the hotel to sleep and shower, this is all the hotel is for as it's location is perfect. the size of the rooms, they were very small, we asked to move from the first room as it was so small it was on the 3rd floor, the receptionist was pleasant and moved us to a different room. I must say that the French Hospitaliity is nothing on the Irish Hospitality. |
