Yes, Internet wasn't working for 2 days and it was very frustrating to me, because I was on a busiess trip and I had to check my emails every day. Staff didn't take my complaint seriously. Please note that if there was no internet in the hotel I've never booked in the first place and if we look at it from the other side, it is like I paid for a service that I didn't get, plus I called booking.com |

Great location; my husband was very impressed with the large bath tub!We discovered tubs are a rarity. The manager we worked with (Deider?) was extremely helpful and we were pleased to be able to check in prioer to the stated check in time The price; but also understand that is part of that part of the world |
