The hotel staff were very professional and arranged another hotel, with a better room, at no cost to us. So even though we did not stay there long, we would definitely recommend this hotel. Horribly small elevator, though we found it very typical of other hotel elevators. |

Location is great. The staff was very helpful when we needed some extra help with an older person in the group who had an accident (stumbled in laundry in the hallway of the hotel and cut her arm). They got bandages and other items from the pharmacy and also called the American Hospital where we ended up taking her. They forgot to clean one of the rooms we had booked (we were a big party) two days in a row, but compensated by sending up a bottle of champagne. |
