Hotel Elysées Bassano    

Location was amazing, just walking distance to Champes Elysees. Great resturant just across, Cambodjia, excellent food! Very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great!

Rooms a bit small, but big windows though.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated, with a coffee pot in the room, despite there being no cream/milk available, even in the mini bar. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was a decent size. The staff was helpful and courteous, despite one person having a little difficulty understanding English when I called about air conditioning in the room (neither of us could figure out how to make it work - either that, or it was broken) Last but not least, the location was really great as it is walking distance to L'Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées.

The room was shoebox-tiny, as was the elevator. We only used the lift for our luggage checking in/out - used the stairs every other time. The layout of the rooms is very poor, as our window faced other windows about 8 feet from ours and we could see/hear right into the rooms across the way. Zero privacy when you have the window open, which we had to do because the A/C wasn't working. I could hear conversations in the next room because the windows are so close to each other.

Atthe time of booking this hotel we called booking.com to confirm we were able to book the room for two adults and small child. You called the hotel and they said it was okay. When we arrived at the hotel they made us pay an extra 100 euro for a bigger room or leave and lose our 125 euro. We were stuck and had to pay as we were tired and my daughter just wanted to sleep.

Poor reception service with the girl on reception when booking in and the same member of staff when we had a problem with our room key.

cleaning ladies make too much noise every morning, it is not possible to sleep after 8 am. very small room.

Location location!! Patisseries & supermarkets near by. 25 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes to arc de Triumph and metro

The single room has a weird shape, very long and very narrow. Walls are to thick

Location of thr hotel is centrally located among, airport bus terminal, shopping area and tourist attraction spots.

The wifi connection is not good. Signal is weak.

very small room, poor equipment, only 2 tv channals, no bathtube and the most terrible - no wi-fi!!! one of the most important things for me is to be connected to the internet, i could not connect by skype with my little son at home! the internet was only in lobby, no internet in the room. even discount i didn`t get because of it.

Hotel was well equipped in a good location with friendly staff. Reception were happy to provide maps and recommendations for restaurants etc and was only a 5 minute walk to the Champs Elysees.

Room was hot overnight and air con in room I don't think was actually controlled in the room!

Good location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Stuff speaks English.

Very small room. Very stuffy in room, we had to open the window several times during the night, although it was 0 degree outside. Too expansive minibar: a small bottle of still water costs 6 eur. Horrible Internet connection in room, couldn't even check email for hours. Beware of unprofessional receptionist who tried to charge the room fee from my card twice and was really rude when we stopped him. However, later he admitted his mistake and apologized but in very "French" style. Not a 4-stars hotel!
