The location was excellent. A five minute walk to the Champs Elysees.

No Bar or resteraunt to speak of. Not necessarily a bad thing but an
inconvienece if you just wanted a quick drink on the way out.

nice friendly staff and in a good location. Room spotless.

Bathroom facilities, le Peignoir (bathroom coat), Breakfast

Room is too small for a 4 stars hotel (even for a single), breakfast
room decoration (Rococo), PEersonal not very available (peu disponible)

The location of the Hotel is second to none and is litteralily a 10
minute walk from the Arc the Triomph. Although the room is of average
size, it is a 4 star hotel in relation to services and facilities. Free
Internet access and Printing facilities are indeed very helpfull. Just
don't use ryan Air to travel to paris as you might be in for a few
unwelcome surprises as well empty pockets.

One member of staff was rude but turned out she was a temp and that
explains it. The regular members of staff more then made up for this.

The hotel is ideally situated for the tourist in terms of access to
airport buses and 'les cars rouges' open-top buses. The nearby chinese
restaurant is excellent!

Though very comfortable, the rooms and en suite facilities are not
spacious so an ability to walk sideways is an advantage! During our
visit their was refurbishment of the reception which was fitted as a
breakfast room but this was very cluttered and too small to cater for
the number of guests staying. Also, some of the staff were poor in terms
of quality and efficiency.

The hotel was central to the places we wanted to visit.Good size room
and large bathroom.

It was a shame the maids placed dirty linen etc. in the very narrow
corridor as it made it difficult to get out of the lift and along to our
room, especially when dragging a suitcase. Toiletries were not replaced
when used nor tea bags or coffee satchets. We had to ask at reception
for refills.

Renovated, clean rooms and bathrooms!! Location !!!
