Elysées Parc Monceau

It is close to two tube stations which makes it easily accessible from the centre of the city. The hotel is clean and contains all the necessary facilities. The staff is very helpful.

The rooms are small but this is a problem for Paris in general (I view point of a person used to space.)

The reception was great with Christianwhen I checked in. He was very nice and welcoming.

There was no hot water during our entire stay. They were apologetic but unhelpful.

It is very centrally located, just 10 min walk from arc de triomphe. The staff were helpful and corteous. The rooms although not very big, have all the essentials and are very comfortable and clean.

Rather disappointed in the size of the superior room, The rooms do not look like the web site pictures ... well mine did not. I thought I was in the wrong room until I asked, but was told I was in the right room and was thankful I had not booked a standard

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel -the rooms were tastefully decorated, the staff were great and provided a great service. It was also in a great location and very close to metros.

The room was very small and the hotel overall was very small but I think that's what you can expect in European hotels. I also would have preferred ironing facilities in my room, and it would be good if you offered room service.

The hotel was great value for money in a nice district of Paris. It was ideal for sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel the staff were very helpful indeed.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Internet access free!!! Great breakfast served underground in a brick cellar on beautiful china, great touch. Close to the Arc de Triomphe. Nice area.

Good price, convenient for transport, friendly staff, a pc with internet access in the lobby. Nice neighbourhood with many restaurants and a "boulangerie" just outside where we had a typical french breakfast.

Small room, no aircondition and with open windows we could hear the noise from the street, the door in our room could not lock, the bed was small and uncomfortable.
