The overall experience is great .

One of The chambermaids was so rude to me and my wife and not helpfull at all . The hotel charged me for a Van to take us to the airport , turned out to be a sedan that doesn't fit all our bags .

Great location. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood and only minutes walk from the bustling Champs élysées. My idea of an ideal location! The night French African receptionist, bell man and Asian trainee were very nice and helpful.

This was our second visit since we had such a great stay the first time in February last year. We had expected at least a better room or an upgrade as customary to returning customers, but instead we were given a room that has the toilet separated from the main bathroom. The housekeeping staff were rude and never greeted nor smile at us even once. They looked stressed! We suggest to put the 4 complimentary macaroons inside a box instead of just placing them on the table's acrylic tray where the macaroons were exposed to dust and other flying debris, thus making them quite hard. We did not dare to eat them.

Customer focused hotel staff. Very attentive. Regular checks on room to refresh towels, turn down bed - nice touches with rose petals in bathroom and chocolates on pillows.

Everything perfect but it would have been nice if a restaurant was provided in the hotel for evening meals.

The location. The staff.

The heating was too hot and they couldn't turn it down. When we opened the window the noise outside woke us up. Also when they send the linen to get washed a truck picks up all the surrounding hotels, at 3 in the morning I might add. The carts make a hell of a noise on the cobbles outside and when they collected the linen from our hotel there was massive booms for about 15 mins. After an hour of that lo and behold, at 5 am the rubbish trucks turn up, excellent!!! I would deter anybody from staying there.

The hotel was very clean. Bed was soft. Staff was there 24 hours. Great location.

They claim to have a shuttle service and they do not. I booked a double and got one bed. Tv is very small and they claim to have satellite channels and do not. Do not book through booking.com cause you will be charged twice and there will be a problem during checkout. Staff says it happens every time during checkout with people who booked through this website.

I felt as if they rationed a little bit too much on bathroom products and basic essentials although they were quick to provide when asked for. I thought it to be a little annoying to have to ask.

The Hotel was more than we expected! The room was cleaned twice a day, in the morning and upon turn down in the evening. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Everyone in the city was helpful and nice. A wonderful trip!

Helpful staff and nice amenities.

It was not good value for money. The room, which was originally advertised for 430 Eur/night was way too small. We got the room on sale at 230 Eur/night and thought we still paid way too much for the room. I have visited Paris several times and know that you can get much better value for money.

You can hear the out side room, you can smell the ciggarites.They didn,t gave me a late check out ,although I asked for a late check out with the online reciervation .

Perfect location. It was near to all spots we need to visit. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. the room was clean every day arranging the bed...

The toilet was at the other side of bathroom very unconvenient... other wise everything is perfect.

Desk staff & concierge were great, helpful, excellent English. Room was spotless and definitely 4* standard, excellent wifi too. Great tourist location.

Bar never seemed to open, restaurant was Chinese/ Cambodian (in Paris?), didnt even try the £16 continental breakfast. Everywhere shuts at 10.30 pm.

The staff was very cheerful and helpful. The rooms are roomy clean and very comfortable. Very quiet and restful. Truly a wonderful end to my trip.

There is absolutely nothing about the Elysees Regencia that i could say I did not like.

Everything!Location ,Rooms ,Staff all were perfect and they went out of thier way to help and were always accomadating.Rooms were great clean,modern and comfortable.

Only one thing if they could have a few channels of english childrens programmes would be ideal as when you are tyravelling with youn g children .. its needed very badly as it will be a very useful distraction for them and will give us space and time to attend to matters so we could get out of the room more sooner .otherwis e when they are bored they will run around the room getting in everyones way .

The service was impeccable - especially Hoa at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and made our stay extremely memorable, Thank you Hoa!!! We will definitely come back to Elysees Regencia next time we're in Paris

The customer service set this hotel above many I have been at. The front desk clerks were attentive and very knowledgable about the city attractions. I had been trying to get booked at the Moulin Rouge but I was always being told it was sold out. I asked them to help me and they were able to get me the reservation I had wanted so badly. They would ask me what time I needed a cab for in the morning and it would be there when we were ready to go out for the day. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The location was also very close to all the major attractions. I rate this hotel a perfect "10".

The price of the room was ridiculous.

Location of the hotel is nearby Champ Elysees famous road and close to a famous Lebanese restaurant in addition to close walking distance to all evil tower and louver Meuse.

The hotel staff speaks English and very helpful and polite. Metro and rer station are within 5 mins walk.
