Perfect location on calm street near Metro and Etoile-Charles de Gaulle station. Continental breakfast for 10€ is not bad for Paris. |

I was very happy with the size of the room and bathroom. The staff were at all times friendly and accommodating and spoke excellent English. The location was superb, within walking distance of both the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely go back there if I was to visit Paris again. There was building work of some kind going on in one of the rooms which started around 8 am or 9am and there was a lot of hammering and drilling noise. Myself and my partner usually got up early to begin sightseeing but if we had decided to sleep late this would have annoyed me. |

Great location. We had a room with balcony, could see the Eiffel Tower! Took a triple room for 2 people, so space was good. Breakfast was reasonable, selection of breads, fruits & yogurt. Would stay there again. |

Perfectly located between the Eiffel tower and the Arc. A few nice little bistros, patisseries etc nearby make it a good choice. The reception area was gorgeous. Bed was on the small side, 4ft i believe rather than a standard double. Room a little small, but acceptable for me anyway. A little noisy as some walls are a little thin, though quiet in terms of noise from the street. |

The location was fantastic for exploring Paris and the view from the second room we had of the eiffel tower was great. The price was very reasonable for the location. Our rrom on the second night was comfortable and clean and bright with lovely french windows going out to the street. On our first night we were put on the bottom floor in an awful room. There was very little ventilation, the room stank, and for three people was pretty impossible to stay in. We had to climb over our suitcases and beds to get into bed. The toilet was impossibly small and the room was quite dirty and very dark. |

They had a lovely courtyard that I enjoyed sitting while writing in my journal. The air conditioning was non-existant. |

To be situated 5 minutes walking distance from Etoile and 10 minutes form the Eiffel tower, our 6-bed room (number 130) was surprisingly spacious and well equipped; two bathrooms, two TVs, own kitchen, etc. Besides, the personnel was kind, service-minded and professional (including fluent in English) Better pictures from the room on the Web site would be a good idea; what we saw in advance did not match our experience; and we're talking positive surprise here! |

The room (suite) was very spacious compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip to Europe. The staff was very friendly, spoke English well, and eager to be helpful. |

Nice family hotel, in quiet street, with good service. Walking distance to Champs Elysees, Trocadero and Triumfal gate, metro stations linking you easily with other parts of Paris. |

The hotel was very well located to central Paris and within easy walking distance of the Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and Louvre No, for what we paid and where it was located it was all we expected...and happily so |

A perfect location for sightseeing with a view from our window of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was a good size and comfortable. There was a lift - which worked - and the downstairs bar and lounge was a lovely place to sit and talk or to have a late night drink. I'd happily return to this Hotel. |

Location was very goof -- close to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe Decor is dated, Rugs needed cleaning and vaccuming, room was over heated, staff were okay but not overly friendly, Price seemed expensive for what was offered -- did not feel like a 3 start to me -- more like a 2 star |
