To be situated 5 minutes walking distance from Etoile and 10 minutes form the Eiffel tower, our 6-bed room (number 130) was surprisingly spacious and well equipped; two bathrooms, two TVs, own kitchen, etc. Besides, the personnel was kind, service-minded and professional (including fluent in English) Better pictures from the room on the Web site would be a good idea; what we saw in advance did not match our experience; and we're talking positive surprise here! |

The room (suite) was very spacious compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip to Europe. The staff was very friendly, spoke English well, and eager to be helpful. |

Nice family hotel, in quiet street, with good service. Walking distance to Champs Elysees, Trocadero and Triumfal gate, metro stations linking you easily with other parts of Paris. |

The hotel was very well located to central Paris and within easy walking distance of the Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and Louvre No, for what we paid and where it was located it was all we expected...and happily so |

A perfect location for sightseeing with a view from our window of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was a good size and comfortable. There was a lift - which worked - and the downstairs bar and lounge was a lovely place to sit and talk or to have a late night drink. I'd happily return to this Hotel. |

Location was very goof -- close to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe Decor is dated, Rugs needed cleaning and vaccuming, room was over heated, staff were okay but not overly friendly, Price seemed expensive for what was offered -- did not feel like a 3 start to me -- more like a 2 star |

There was nothing to like except its promimity to the Arc De Triumph The pokey room, the paint flaking off the doors, the old fading, pealing wallpaper, the pokey bathroom, the hard beds with covers marked with old stains, etc. etc. |

The location is great. The hotel was clean and neat. The rooms were small! We got a triple and it was barely 3 single beds stuffed into a small room. It wasn't worth the money per night in my opinion. |

It is close enough to the attractions. The reception area is so small.There is no baggage service. The hotel is really old and fornture is not clean. The room size is so small. The house keeping is poor. It is highly priced for the room. To me, It looks like an old house that works like a hotel. |

Loved the hotel, about 1 block away from the metro, few blocks to champs elysees blvd and the arch de triumph. staff was great and helpful, especially the evening, Mapped everything out for us to visit and how to get there. I would definitely stay there again |

10 Euros extra for breakfast OK if you can select what you want. Here you are given a breakfast and yet have to pay more again if you want another pot of tea, another croissant etc. Carpet bar from room to bathroom dangerous. Comedian at reception desk told us we had room with view of Eiffel Tower, in fact view was other rooms! |
