To be situated 5 minutes walking distance from Etoile and 10 minutes form the Eiffel tower, our 6-bed room (number 130) was surprisingly spacious and well equipped; two bathrooms, two TVs, own kitchen, etc. Besides, the personnel was kind, service-minded and professional (including fluent in English)

Better pictures from the room on the Web site would be a good idea; what we saw in advance did not match our experience; and we're talking positive surprise here!

Nice family hotel, in quiet street, with good service. Walking distance to Champs Elysees, Trocadero and Triumfal gate, metro stations linking you easily with other parts of Paris.

We like the location.

The appartment was not in such condition we expected.

A perfect location for sightseeing with a view from our window of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was a good size and comfortable. There was a lift - which worked - and the downstairs bar and lounge was a lovely place to sit and talk or to have a late night drink. I'd happily return to this Hotel.

There was nothing to like except its promimity to the Arc De Triumph

The pokey room, the paint flaking off the doors, the old fading, pealing wallpaper, the pokey bathroom, the hard beds with covers marked with old stains, etc. etc.

The location is great. The hotel was clean and neat.

The rooms were small! We got a triple and it was barely 3 single beds stuffed into a small room. It wasn't worth the money per night in my opinion.
