L'Elysée Val d'Europe at Disneyland® Paris  

I was impressed by the l- Elysee Val d' Europe. The rooms are too big and clean, bathroom is spacious, it is located in an excellent place where you can find plenty of shops (It is a must to visit the Shopping Mall which is right across the road and the Outlet Village). Personnel is very helpful, free wifi, and the price in comparison to disney hotels is cheap. Just one stop away from the Eurodisney, in a peaceful location. I will definetely come again!!! I will recommend you to try the chinese restaurant which is 1 minute away on foot from the hotel (really nice buffet)!!!

The breakfast was too poor.

The location is great - just one stop on the RER from Disneyland and next door to the large shopping centre at Val d'Europe. Being one of the official Disneyland partner hotels, guests are entitled to early admission to the Disneyland Park from 8am instead of 10am. There is a reliable shuttle bus service into the park. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room rate was good compared to other official Disneyland Hotels. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

There is no room service facility and dining facilities in the hotel are limited. Apart from a couple of pool tables, there is not much for children to do in the hotel. The earlier Disneyland park admission time of 8am is great but the earliest shuttle bus was at 8.43am. The TV was not very well tuned and did not have any children's channels in English, which the other larger Disneyland hotels do. There was no iron or tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the safe in our room was broken.

Good location only one stop on the RER from Disney, but hotel operates a free regular shuttle service. Hotel located across the road from a shopping mall with plenty of shops, restaurants & even a supermarket. Restaurants situated around the hotel as well

No english channels on television

How the hotel is literally opposite the shopping centre and the rer which was really convenient. The hotel was also very simple.

There wasn't anything I don't like about this hotel, however, my bedding was a bit stained by nail vanish and when I asked my room to be cleaned everyday, the bedding wasn't changed.

Its great for visiting disneyland as the free shuttle bus stops right outside. Its an eight minute bus ride away. It was nice to leave Disney behind at the end of a tiring day and feel like you were in paris

It could have done with a kettle in room but apart from that it was comfortable and spacious

The location and the economics make this place a good choice for visiting Paris with intentions of a few days holiday and the unavoidable Euro-Disneyland parks. The proximity to the outlet village across the road and through the shopping mall, makes it perfect for those who like to shop! The hotel can also help to get into the Disney park an our earlier than normal visitors, and if time is limited, this can make it well worth it. They also have a shuttle service free, to and from the parks. The rooms are adequate and the free breakfast service makes it a good choice fpr budget conscious people, especially families. With a mall across the street, then eating costs can be reduced even further and some eating establishments have good buffets within easy walking distance. The rer trains to and from Paris are also within 100metres and therefore the location great for commuting to and from the city.

None. Some complaints I read before the booking, I found to be really insignificant, and I'm glad for the choice I made in this establishment. You get what you pay for here, remember it is a family based area and there will be kids everywhere. Buffets and kids don't always mix sometimes, so this may be a problem for some. Maybe the 45 minutes to Paris could be a problem, but you get out in a Metro system that takes you wherever you need to be in Paris, so we didn't find it a problem at all.

The location to Disneyland, the mall, restaurants,and transportation. Internet is free, but you have to sign in each time. They have a printer as well.

The 'free' shuttle is just a city bus that picks up others as well. The times for pick up aren't numerous. When leaving Disney we would have had to wait for an hour and a half which would have sucked with me being pregnant and my 2 year old, so we took a cab. The hotel restaurant isn't open on Sundays. Parking isn't free you have to pay 10 euros. The breakfast has no hot food and is not fulfilling we had to eat shortly after at Disney.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, spoke very good English! Bus tour into Paris was a A+++, buses to and from Disneyland Paris also great! Shopping Center across the street was huge, plently of places to eat and shop! Will recommend and stay here again!!!

There was no vending machines and the food in the resturant was under cooked and overpriced.

The location of the hotel is excellent, there is a shuttle bus to Disneyland and a rer station two minutes away that allows for trips to Paris downtown in a reasonable time. The room are more spacious than in most hotels in Paris and the building looks quite new and in good condition.

The breakfast is poor, limited choice, no change from day to day and the coffee is just water with some color. The bed sheets are not changed on a regular basis (actually only one has been changed after a spill done by our son and the other has never been changed in a seven nights stay) and the stock of shower gel and shampoo is not replenished unless one complains about.

Excellent staff, good food for breakfast, a modern efficient hotel in a classic French style with shopping mall and trains to central Paris nearby.

There is a regular shuttle service to and from Disney, if you choose to use it, be warned, it is often very busy.

Great access to Metro station, shopping outlet and disney park.

Limited food menu for the evenings.
