L'Elysée Val d'Europe at Disneyland® Paris  

I was impressed by the l- Elysee Val d' Europe. The rooms are too big and clean, bathroom is spacious, it is located in an excellent place where you can find plenty of shops (It is a must to visit the Shopping Mall which is right across the road and the Outlet Village). Personnel is very helpful, free wifi, and the price in comparison to disney hotels is cheap. Just one stop away from the Eurodisney, in a peaceful location. I will definetely come again!!! I will recommend you to try the chinese restaurant which is 1 minute away on foot from the hotel (really nice buffet)!!!

The breakfast was too poor.

Excellent location for disney and superb shopping facilities. Train station less than 300m around the corner with a train straight to Paris.

Very good location, being near to Disneyland and La Marne and La Vallee shopping outlet. Wonderful location to catch Euro rail to London! With the train, fairly easy to travel to city, if necessary.

No basic room amenities like beverage and water heater to boil coffee. Useful to have safe deposit in the room.

Great location, right across from the train station and shopping mall, and a nice little pizza place just along the street. Trains were very regular so we preferred to get the train back from Disneyland rather than waiting for the free shuttle since it was only €1.75 pp. the staff were friendly and helpful, would stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for our getaway to Disneyland Paris, and at such a good rate. There were free shuttles going to the park, but if you wanted to go outside of the scheduled times you could catch the rer, which took less than 5 minutes and arrives at the doorstep of the Parks. Costs 1.50 euro each way for an adult. All the staff were friendly and spoke great english, including the barman. Seeing the crowds at the parks I am glad we didn't stay on the resort, it was a relief to get away from the crowds for a while.

The restaurant wasn't open (permanently), which was a shame. We had sore feet from walking the parks all weekend and didn't want more cheeseburgers, chips or hotdogs, so we had hoped to eat at the hotel restaurant (saves us more walking), but they have closed permanently.

What did we like: - We have stayed in a family room which was generous as space, had large and very comfortable beds and large, nice bathroom. - The breakfast was fine; the same every day, but ok. - The people at reception were nice and helpful. - The free shuttle to Disneland just in front of the hotel and always in time, according to the schedule. - Just crossroad, a shopping mall with lot of stores, restaurants and a hypermarket; the railway station at 2 or 3 minutes from the hotels, several restaurants nearby.

What we did not like: - the restaurant was always closed for dinner; however, as I already said, several restaurants were close to the hotel - we had no refrigerator in the room.

It was convinently located

The hotel location could not be faulted. The rer a line railway station 2 minutes from the hotel costing only €1.75 to travel to Marne La Vallée for Disney was good. The Val d'Europe shopping mall is opposite the hotel and so convenient for shoppers with a huge selection of stores and a few places to eat. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a good sized bathroom. The in room safe is a welcome facility as is the free WiFi. The bar is nice and the staff very friendly, it is open until 11:30 pm. The free number 50 shuttle bus stops immediately opposite the hotel main entrance and means if you don't want to use the train, it takes 8 minutes to reach the SNCF railway station at Marne La Vallée which is at the heart of the entrances for the Disney parks and Village. The frequency of the service is displayed in the hotel lobby.

The lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, but this is not just an issue with just this hotel, but many in Europe. The TV has limited channels and none that I could find in English, but then again for the 2 night stay it was not really an issue. The breakfast was expensive at €14 per person for continental so we didn't bother when there are numerous places nearby that offer more for much less, even in Disney Village! Not enough pillows for all the beds in the room if you need more than 1 per person.

Great hotel for a visit to disney parks. Easy shuttle transfers and very good service. Nice buffet breakfast and secure car parking, will stay again for sure.
