1.Letak hotel mudah mencapai Disneyland @ Paris dengan free shuttle bus hotel-Disneyland pp. 2. Sekitar hotel terdapat restoran Chinese, kebetulan kami keluarga dari Asia, dengan 1 anak usia 9 tahun. 3.Free Wi Fi, kami tetap bisa berkomunikasi dengan rekan di Indonesia. 4. Letaknya dekat dg pusat perbelanjaan , ada pilihan makanan, mudah memperoleh kebutuhan sehari-hari. 5. Aman,nyaman,tertib kata anak saya. 6. Petugas / staf dapat berbahasa Inggris.

Close to Disney Park, just one station of RER

Location was excellent, staff very helpful, bus to Disneyland was at the door! Across the road from the train station (but no noise) and shopping centre opposite, with great shopping to be done! Nice strip of restaurants next door, recommend for anyone going to Disneyland.

Room was big and comfy. Extremely convenient location to a huge hypermart was useful to pack some food into Disney instead of eating at the overpriced restaurants.

No kettle in the room which made it difficult when you have young children. You can still get hot water from the bar though but would have preferred the convenience of having hot water in the room.

I appreciated the staff. Everyone from the check-in/check-out staff to the house staff were very nice. We also appreciated the free shuttle to Disney!

No kettle or drink making facilities in room Slippy bath when having a shower - slipped and hurt my toe in plug! No welcome in room detailing how to use TV or when breakfast is served; check out time etc

Hotel location and room

Overall it is a pleasant stay if you does not need to interact with the front desk ppl, namely bassem and diana. They both have confusing theories that push their workload to n forth each other. First I met with badeem in request for a translator as the local police asked me to get 1 from my hotel for lodging a lost property. He direct me to wait till the next day for the translator telling me police is closed already. And told me the staff will follow me to police station as they may need more detail information. So the next day, front desk counter again says tat she cant go with me to police station as her job does not allow her to. So who sld I follow? Police, badeem or diana? Police says hotel ppl will come down with me, badeem say hotel staff obliged to do so, diana says its againts the hotel regulations for staffs to step out of the hotel to accompany guest to police station. Whats this?

The location was a stone throw away from Disney land and had easy access into Paris. The staff where very friendly and willing to deal with every request.

Location excelent. I found bed comfortable. Shutle bus to Disney Parks in front of the hotel entrance. Shoping center and restaurants next to the hotel. Breakfest modest but fine.

It's fine to pay for parking, if it is stated in hotel's description. Hotel room very small for 4 people, but we were staying only during nights, fortunately. Bathroom light works are triggered by movement detector only, so when you enjoy your bath, it will go of after few minutes. Lunatic idea ;))

The staff were helpful and friendly.The shuttle was convenient as was nearby shopping.

In the hotel no tea and coffee in rooms and just 1 shampoo and gel for bath for 4 persons!

The Electric cutting out in the bathroom, very dangerous especially for young children. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Good location opposite Val d'Europe shopping centre, free shuttle bus to Disney only took 10 minutes. Nice room, quiet and very clean. Excellent alternative hotel for Disney.

Area is modern and has no character. Beds a bit hard.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was nice (closes at 2pm - only used for breakfast and lunch). The bar nice and cosy too. Great location for shopping and also excellent shuttle (approx. 10 mins drive) for Disneyland.

Nothing to dislike.

Position of the hotel was perfect. It is next to the train station, next to bus stop for disneyland and opposite to a big shopping mall. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Reception staff were very good. Rooms were very nice. Appreciated the fact that we got an early check-in. Location was very nice.

The personal was very nice and polite!! Location is the best! Rer and Disneyland are nearby!!! Breakfast is rather good! Just some minuses of this hotel: at some time in the morning there was big line (queue) for the breakfast and no fridge in the room!

Great value for trips to Disneyland. The rooms are quite standard, huge mall is right across the street (including supermarket Auchan).

No fridge in the room. No "magic hours" if you book through booking.com :(
