It was warm which was fabulous after the cold walks around Paris ! There was a lift, which is handy for luggage; there was a bath, so one could have a lovely soak after a hard day walking the Louvre; the bed was the biggest I have ever seen. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - happily answering any queries we had, and organising taxi's, etc. It was easy walking to everything that mattered - the landmarks, the beautiful gardens, and of course the myriad of good restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

Excellent 24 hour manned reception. Comfortable clean rooms. Good location. Knowledgeable staff who were able to recommend local facilities, retaurants etc. None of these were really an issue but we couldn't turn the heating down below 18 degrees so had to have the window open which is a waste of energy. There were not many hangers in the wardrobe (3 between 3 of us). There was no mirror in the bedroom only in the bathroom. There was no extractor in the bathroom.

We got upgraded to the superior-room (not deluxe but one step up from standard) and were very pleased with the size and look. The room was very spaceious yet cozy and clean. Bathroom was nice and modern. We parked the car in the nearby parking lot (Rue de Piramid) at a rate of EUR 22 per night. Given the difficulty in finding a hotel with decent parking facilities we found this an excellent solution. Note that the standard-sized room is quite a bit smaller than the superior. Noise from the other rooms travels easily through the thin walls (though noise from outside is very minimal)

The location was wonderful, and the staff were very helpful anytime you needed something. The bathroom was small, but we found that to be the case at almost every hotel we've stayed in.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Louvre museum and the metro station. It is also located on a side street which is not noisy at night. The air-conditioning in our room was working properly. There is WiFi in every room. The elevator is too small. It can hardly fit two persons with their suitcase. When we checked in, the elevator was being repaired and we had to walk up the stairs to our room on 6th floor. The room was very small and the carpet in the room was very old. The bathroom is very small. If you were sitting on the toilet seat, your knees would touch the wall in front.

Great location close to the Louvre; very helpful and nice staff The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it smelled like paint and was a little inconvenient; also the building across the street was undergoing major renovations so it was quite unsightly and the workers were very loud.

The hotel lobby, breakfast room and stairs are obviously being renovated and it would have been prudent to warn guests in advance or at the very least have a sign up apologising for any inconvienience. It was wonderful to have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. However, the cups were almost unuseable and could be so much better.

Comfortable room, largest bathroom in France, unmatched location in the center of everything! Less than 2 blocks from 2 different Metro stops. Hotel advertises 'free WiFi'. This is not the case, unless you use their computer in the basement. Also had to make 3 trips up to our room at check- in because the "lift" would only hold 1 person and 1 suitcase. Stairs were not usable due to renovations ongoing.

Very helpful, Eniglish-speaking staff. Very clean. Great location. Our room had just been remodeled before we checked in. Room was extremely small, even smaller than I had experienced on previous trips to Paris. Bathroom was barely big enough for one person and was a little outdated. I had to turn sideways to get to the sink.

The location and staff were great! Locking up the main entrance after hours was also great, it made us feel secure. The bathroom was clean and big. We found that leaving our room key at reception was pretty odd, although staff has explain why. Rooms were pretty stuffy and our room air conditioning was not working (room 46).

Very convenient location in centre of Paris, with nearby cafes and restaurants At €14 euros for continental breakfast (the only hot food was a boiled egg), breakfast was disappointing. Better to visit a local cafe

The location of this hotel is incredible - I am 6 months pregnant and could walk to all of the main tourist attractions. There was confusion with reception on our departure about booking a airport transfer however the management at the hotel were excellent in following up on this problem and making amends.

Location is perfect, just few steps from Louvre, Rue de Rivoli and metro. The size of the room was good compare to other 3* hotels in Paris, we even had a large bathroom. The room was quite and clean. There is also free wi-fi. Staff is friendly and speaks good English.
