The bed were comfortable, the room spacious, the staff helpful and friendly. I loved the old elevator and the decor.

Can't really think of anything I didn't like.

i think the location is perfect. i also like the double door system as the lifts are close by, this helps to keep the noise out.

i think the shower position was a little tight in the bathroom and is restrictive to fully place oneself under the shower head.

Lovely cosy and quiet room. Very big and modern bathroom. Sheets and bed were extremely comfortable! The breakfast buffet was amazing!!!

Hotel is well located, close to the Louvre and shopping. The staff (which actually boils down to the one person at the front desk) was welcoming and attentive. The room was updated with a good bathroom and comfortable beds. WiFi was free.

This hotel was comfortable but certainly not up to four star standards. The room was quite basic and the hotel itself has no facilities other than a breakfast room. I'm a bit baffled at the star system in Paris, as you can find a wild variation of quality within the four star category.

Staff were very very nice. Hotel is really nice with grate location and good attitude to the gests.

Room was small and sound isolation was too weak. All the gests smile when they see each other in the morning

Do you know these places with that ugly sweet smell from the bathroom? And where you ask yourself where the yellow color on the bottom of the shower curtain may come from? And the worn out closets from a cheap manufacturer that won't close properly anymore? Well - this is one of them... I was in room 44.

Room not ready on arrival at 3pm. Wifi signal too weak to work in the room. Had to go down to reception.

The location is super nice and close to Louvre and Jardin. The services are all good except for one night we are kept out of the door. Except for this the staff are very nice and helpful.

The hotel is smaller than what I expected - not sure whether this can be ranked as four star as the rooms are small and limited.

Check-in was @ 3pm; as rooms were not yet ready. Seems to be a boarder line case between 3 & 4stars hotel.

This hotel is just in a perfect location off the Rue Rivoli on a quite side street, right across from the Tuilies garden and the metro. The hotel has everything you need, fridge, save, hot water warmer, a robe and best of all it is spotless!! We were in room 66 that was recently remodeled. It had a juliette balcony that we could see the gardens and Sacre Coeur.

We had to leave!

The location can't be beat! It was incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was wonderful.

The friendly helpful staff and the comfortable, spacious rooms. We travelled as an extended family group and they did their best to meet our needs. We would definitely stay there again. The central location was superb.

Would only make one small comment - no mirror in the main bedroom, so that it was not possible to do hair or make-up when someone else was in the bathroom. It feels a shame to make any adverse comment as it was such a lovely place to stay.

It was very easy to find - just head for the louvre, it's two mins walk from there. A boutique hotel, the reception staff all spoke English and were incredibly polite, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. It's a great location to visit all the main attractions, especially via the open top tour buses, the bus stop is just around the corner by the louvre. The hotel was excellent, balcony looking out to the park and ferris wheel at the end of the street was nice. Room was very spacious but I did book a three person room for two people. Everything was nice and clean, no problems whatsoever. Some people will moan about the small lift, that can only fit one person and a suitcase or two people with hand luggage, but I think the lift was very quaint and added to the 'Paris experience'. Lots of cafe's and bars to get breakfast or lunch, dinner etc, also just round the corner from lots of shops, all walking distance. A great little hotel, and I would return again.

The staff's service were excellent and friendly. A beautiful purple- themed room which was gorgeous with little details. The location is really great, near to tulleries garden, Place vendome, rue st honore and everywhere, it was also near the metro. There were many powerpoints in the room, and they even gave an international plug which was really sweet. Nearby are some cafes and restaurants, Angelina. And also not forgetting the wifi, which was excellent throughout my stay. It made my stay felt really comfortable. One thing I would like to mentioned is that, other than the toilet, there was no long mirrors on the bedroom, it would be great to have a long mirror near the door. I highly recommend and would come back to this hotel ! Superb!

Very friendly receptionists, they are always eager to help. Location is very good.

The price increased comparing to 2011, I hope french hotel owners will find a golden mean speaking about the price per night. 3 stars for 260 euro per night is really expensive.

Perfect location, walking distance to the whole city. From there you walk 20 min to the Arc du Triomphe, 10 min to Blvd St Germain, 15 to Ile St Louis, 10 min to Center George Pompidou, 10 min to the Opera Garnier. Take a city map and you will notice how convinient the location of the hotel is. Before going we were kind of worried for some review we had read here, mentioning, among other things, the size of the elevator (!). Yes, it is very small. It taked two persons and a bag. But this is quite typical of Paris and Europe. It is actually very cute and one can consider it a funny experience. Despite being small, the elevator was always available or us. But the best of the hotel though was the extremely gentle staff. Very helpful. We recommend it! Bon voyage!

Pleasant and attentive staff.Convenient location to major attractions of the city. Comfortable large rooms, the presence of the kettle, tea bags each day, coffee, cream and sugar. Quality shampoo and soap.

The location is great,we can go to so many places within walking distance. The staff is very courteous and helpful. We have stayed there already 4 or 5 times.

Tiny elevator

Острый недостаток мест для хранения вещей. К примеру, на прикроватных тумбочках изображены выдвижные ящики, но самих ящиков нет.

Все было просто замечательно. Когда мы приехали, нам сразу предложили, если мы желаем, promo-ROM (за доплату около 150 евро), мы согласились и не прогадали (хотя и наш номер был неплох вовсе, только без вида на улицу, а лишь на внутренний двор). Мы жили в номере 52, с огромныс балконом и прекрасным видом на сад Тьильри. Нареканий нет ни на что, особо порадовала удивительная вежливость персонала и готовность всегда помочь, с улыбкой. Также приятна была кофе-машина в номере с бесплатным кофе...))

Минусов не нашли. Разве что, в номере нет биде...)))
