fell in love with this place for my business trips to Nice.
it was raining
Good sized apartment close to the centre of Juan Les Pins with street parking and easy walking to the centre of the village. Staff pleasant and willing to assist with requests. A good place to spend a lazy week.
Shower needed a good clean. TV with set top box was a bit unintuitive to operate. Juan Les Pins not exactly the epicenter of the Côte d'Azur.
Good location for exploring Juan Les Pins - within easy walking distance of everything. Parking easy. We had a nice sized apartment, light filled, with most facilities. Staff unobtrusive but very willing to help in any way. Some apartments have terraces which are great.
Objectively the shower could have done with a good clean to remove traces of mould, the set top box was a bit of a palaver to operate and the keys meant you physically had to use them each time you wanted to lock the door to the outside, however these are minor things in the overall experience which was very positive.
Location and apartment excellent. 5 minutes to the beach front. Loads of shops, bars and cafes.
Can't think of anything!
Walls are very thin so good night sleep was broken occasianally
It's very rare that you get 5 star accommodation and 5 star service. The owner and staff couldn't have been more accommodating.
Absolutely nothing!!! Everything was perfect!!
Convenient location to restaurants and beaches, friendly and helpful staff
We were on the top floor.room was good but worth paying extra for ground floor room with access to patio.
We enjoyed the quiet nights in the nice air-conditioned rooms. The beach is close, the playground and corner cafes are close. The staff was extremely friendly. We will stay there also in the future.
The apartment was within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and beaches of Juan Les-Pins. It was air-conditioned and the kitchen was adequate (stovetop, microwave, sink, and under-the-counter refrigerator). We had a lovely terrace off the back of the apartment--very private and perfect for eating outdoors and drying towels, swimsuits, etc. Parking in the vicinity was free (there was an option to pay for a spot if you couldn't find one on the street, but we never had trouble, even during the August high season). Juan Les-Pins itself is perfect for families--not so big as Cannes or Nice--yet had much of the same feel and amenities. Antibes was also a short drive away.
Shower door was minimal and did not keep water from splashing everywhere. Staff was good about giving us towels, but there were no bathroom rugs, so more towels would have been helpful.
high quality in every little detail
Great location, easy access to shops and restaurants in Juan Les Pins and not too far from Antibes. Our apartment had a lovely private terrace.
Very friendly staff would do anything to help, even drove us to the airport after our transfer didn't arrive! Spotlessly clean & great location
Tiny kitchen area
WiFi did work. Michel was helpful and caring. Chef at least did apologize for throwing us out of one room early without consulting me; this is a rare quality, but it can not save the whole impression of a very poor standard.
Beds and furniture to small and/or fragile. Rooms small, Terrace tiny and dirty. Kitchen very small. Prices higher than in nearby hotels where you have cleaning every day and breakfast included - and the rooms are not much smaller than the "de luxe studios" or "de luxe appartments"
Clean. We'll situated out of town but still close to the beach. 25 minute walk into Antibes...much nicer than Juan Les Pins in our opinion. Staff were great. Could park on road. Tony Gloucester uk
I don't think that the accommodation for six was big enough. The bedroom was lovely...clean, spacious and well decorated. The other room had a very small kitchen area (I would not call it full) and two fold down sofas. There was a small table that seated four. There were not six knives or forks or spoons. I was expecting more for my money.
Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, playground; lovely private outdoor terrace, we felt right at home! Staff was very helpful. Air conditioning and wi-fi worked well, which is unusual for France!
Would have liked a few more kitchen amenities--not enough forks/knives/spoons for six people. Not terribly important in the grand scheme of things.
Loved everything. Super staff could not be more lovely
Location is excellent. Close to beach, shops, restaurants bars. Staff are friendly and helpful.
A bit cramped for 5 people. Everything room, toilets, lift. Price is expensive but you are paying for the location.
Friendly and relaxed owners. Location Air Con Clean Very comfortable bed.
Check In was a bit muddled and we had to wait for rooms to be prepared. Separate WC and Shower. Furnishing and decor could do with updating. Some kitchen and light fittings broken.
Staff were friendly - apartment was well equipped
Unfortunately the A/C was broken - staff were apologetic and tried to fix. we were given a fan but still warm in the apartment
Very well equipped apartments, with lovely outdoor space. Very secure with a locked gate. Really helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us. Perfect base for a holiday in Juan les Pins.
Very close to town, beach, restaurants yet quiet and private. Very friendly and amenable owner.
Stayed as a couple with my grown up son, and he had to walk through our bedroom to get to the bathroom.
Modern rooms. Staff are really excellent, good location (away from the noise, yet just a few minutes walk to the center)
Beautiful terrace for alfresco dining in a peaceful location. Good bed linen and a comfortable bed.
Location. Style. Privacy. Comfortable Real Beds. Clean. Shower. Terrace/s. Requested adjoining/next door apartments - got them.
Sofa Beds not as comfy (and no quilts). That's all. We really liked it - will go back when visiting again.
It was nice that the hotel area were locked during the evening and night so others than the guests could not get in.
