Hôtel Emile  

I has to sit in the bathtub to shower, very unpractical.

The bath in the room. Location, breakfast.

No chair at all in the room, no hair dryer. Lift is very small, spiral stairs very narrow. eception staff cold.

The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly and give great tips! The location is just amazing at the heart ofthe Marais! The rooms are small but very cozy and well entertained! Great hotel! Second time in two months an would definitely come again

The location is very good. The room is grand, for Paris standards of course.

You can hear what's going on next door, as the walls are not that solid, which might be a problem for obtaining a good night sleep.

Great central location.

Missing some very basic hotel facilities. Limited hanging and storage space. No tea/coffee making facilities. Nowhere to hang wet towels. Shower total glass, overly exposed. Bedside lights extremely bright! Overall, very expensive for what it is!!! Not happy.

Rooms were very nice, small as always in Paris but comfortable. Friendly staff at the reception. Location is excellent!

No drinks or (mini)bar in the hotel. Not even a bottle of water.

The Hotel Emile staff was friendly and the Hotel was very clean. Great location; the metro is a two minute walk and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. We ate at Petite Thai a block away which had excellent food. I think everyone in my family was satisfied with our stay and if we ever make it back to Paris we would book here again.

The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is location of the shower. The shower is located right next to the bed and it has all glass doors; absolutely no privacy. I was traveling with family so when someone showered we had to leave the room. Good for couples but not for family.

great location; wonderful decoration

Hotel Emile was brilliant. Firstly, the location is great - right in the middle of Le Marais. Secondly, although the rooms are small-ish (as most are in Paris), the room's design was very smart and really made the most out of the space available in each room. Thirdly, the staff were great and beyond helpful. Internet was fast, the views from the room were great (we had a Superior Dble Room). I'd strongly suggest staying here. We had such a great time at Hotel Emile, that we've convinced 4 friends to change their hotel booking to Hotel Emile whilst they're in Paris.

Only negative was how small the elevator was between floors. However, walking to the top level took only 5 minutes.

breakfast was simple but included in price (which was unespected); room was small but very well designed - I really liked it! location is perfect, next to Metro station and lively rue de rivoli... very nice neighborhood; very polite people in the reception which is not always the case in Paris...

WiFi is a joke - you need to register every 4h and when it works it is very slow - forget watching a clip on youtube or emailing a picture... :-(

Fantastic location, close to metro and lots to see within walking distance. Great local restaurants. Excellent friendly staff who were so helpful with many aspects of our short stay. Newly decorated and very comfortable hotel. Would stay here again and recommend to friends!

Location is fantastic, we had a room on the 5th floor which had great views.. the room was not big but very smartly furnished and more than comfortable. We would stay again.

The breakfast was minimal and squeezed into the loby area, though in saying that - you can see onto the street, the loby/reception area is very nice and the breakfast was only 5 euro per person, so cannot really complain.

N exagerons rien mais ds un hotel un peu branche on doit etre capable d indiquer 2/3 adresses sympa a proximite merci de vous procurer un bon guide !! vivent les vieux concierges c est un vrai metier ! c est ce qui fait l ame et la difference une petite reception on s en fiche au prix du metre carre meme on applaudit mais ne pas connaitre un bar à tapas super sympa à 50 metres c est nul !

Je pense que l'hotel vient d'être entièremenr rénové, c'est graphique, moderne et propre. Accueil souriant. Salle de petit déjeuner un peu petite mais agréable, et service efficace.

Le seul petit bémol est l'ensemble douche / lavabo dans un (petit) "aquarium". C'est original mais pas pratique du tout.Il faut décrocher toutes les serviettes avant de se doucher sinon, elles prennent la douche avec vous. Après la douche, impossible d'accéder au lavabo sans se re-mouiller les pieds car l'écoulement de la douche est juste devant. Eviter de se pencher pour se rincer la bouche après brossage, il y a une tablette de verre très agressive. Difficile de se lever en "décalé", l'éclairage de cette cabine de verre profite à toute la chambre.

Hotel moderne et confortable. Accueil chaleureux, ambiance détendue. Petit déjeuner simple mais de qualité.

La semplicità e la sua posizione centrale.

Troppo piccole le camere e nel mio caso anche assenza di un armadio.

Absolut perfekte Lage im Marais, nur Schritte von der U-Bahn Station St. Paul, relativ neu renovierte Zimmer.

Extrem kleine Zimmer, es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeit, an einem Laptop zu arbeiten (ausser auf dem Bett), das Badezimmer ist gleichzeitig auch Dusche, dh man muss genau planen, da nach der Dusche der ganze Boden und alle Utensilen nass sind.... Einen Haartrockner gibt es auch nicht, den muss man am Empfang abholen. Früstück wird am Empfang an einer Bar serviert, da geht man lieber daneben in das schöne Bistro. Das Treppenhaus ist extrem eng und wäre in jedem anderen Land aus feuerpolizeilichen Gründen verboten. Wenn dieses Hotel mal brennt, möchte ich nicht darin gefangen sein!

Goede kamers in de goede buurt voor eten, drinken en shoppen.

– Midt i smørøyet av Le Marais. – Hyggelig betjening. – Nye og rene rom.

– Ikke kjøleskap på rommet. – Trafikkstøy utenfor ved åpent vindu, er greit nok hvis du har husket ørepluggene. – Vanskelig å få koblet seg til wifi på en enkel og brukervennlig måte uten å måtte kontakte resepsjonen og få opplæring først. – Overraskende lite rom, så her må man kjenne hverandre særdeles godt.

Beliggenheten, midt i smørøyet!

Små rom, pitte liten heis, trange ganger og ikke noe "felles område" for uten ved inngangen som bla. frokosten ble servert på barkrakker.
