L'Empire Paris  

Great hotel! Huge room ..ask for number 512.. Behind reception desk so a little noisy but worth it for king size bed and huge room. Excellent American breakfast. Well worth the cost. We never ate lunch. 4 good restaurants right there on the street. Perfect location near Louvre, Pont Neuf and 3 different metro stops. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Particularly Sophia in the breakfast room. A great small hotel. Highly recommend it!

We extremely enjoyed our stay at the L'Empire hotel . The location was excellent, the breakfasts were wonderful and our room was spacious by Paris standards.The staff went out of their way to help with booking excursions or any other way they could assist to make you trip more pleasant.the restaurant staff was also very friendly and couldnt do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and would gladly stay here again.

Pricey boutique hotel but the rooms are nice and well appointed. The location is great and the staff and their service is impeccable. The common spaces can afford to be facelifted.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding. Friendly, polite and every single one of them went out of their way to make us feel at home. Beds were really comfortable and great attention to detail.

Bathrooms were a little tired - bath with no screen and a shower hose made it quite difficult.

The location to the Louvre was great. Although take note the Louvre closes on Tuesday's! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Something not always the case in Paris. We received a free upgrade for our wedding anniversary, which was unexpected. The room was of a decent size and very comfortable. Shower had good pressure and free Wi Fi internet a bonus.

The breakfast price was ridiculous but really in this area everything is pricey. Be prepared to pay the higher prices for food and drinks in and outside the hotel. Parking for the hotel in a local car park around the corner 30 euro.

The location is excellent, rooms clean and looks very trendy. It is 2 blocks from the Louvre museum and has a lot of rustic restuarants and tucked away bistro...we were eating out every lunch and dinner. The staff was very attentive and could not thank them enough for being able to make reservations to restaurants for us. They are young, pleasant and always accomodating. The free breakfast was excellent as well!...we will be back to stay

The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely, making sure that I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable as they knew I was there on my own, without being overbearing. The location is fabulous - walk to the end of the sidestreet and you are at the back of the Louvre, so as a ingle female it is a perfect location for walking to all of the major tourist areas without having to go through too many side streets. Complimentary wifi in the room was a godsend and much appreciated.

The breakfast selection is very small and could do with a few more warm alternatives. There is only ony one tray for hot foods and the scrambled eggs were congealed - when asking if there were any other types of egg available I was told no.

Nice location, got a early booking and upgrade so very nice too and very generous breakfast

The hotel looks better on photos than it is in reality. And of course, if it would not be a Paris, such room in such level hotel should cost 75-80 euro per day. But I paid 279 per night with breakfast booking in advance, and consider such amount not acceptable for such hotel. I found some flies and small mosqitos in my room and suppose I had not special room.
