Spacious room and very friendly staff. Ideal for families
Staff was very friendly and accommodating, even for a very early check in. Breakfast was very good, room was clean and comfortable. Modern furnishings, but hallway decor dark and not nearly as inviting as room.
Perfect location, spacious room, large bathroom, all clean, excellent breakfast, nice and helpfull staff!
Liked the style of rooms. Room service good. Bed good. Quiet depending where room is. No pushy room service maids. Clean. Good quality free products.
The negative was the rooms view of back if building which is half the hotel. The showers have no bath and no shower curtain. There appears to be no breakfast even though we paid 25 euros a day for it. The TV is by satellite and goes offline alot. Other than that not bad at all.
Staff was amazingly helpful and service was brilliant. Location was brillaint too.
The location is very good you In a quiet area and close to everything. It was clean and well maintained and the room was spacious with enough storage space, the wifi worked very well in our room
No one informed us about the facilities and services of the hotel upon arrival like all hotels do (even the not rated ones) no breakfast info, no SPA instructions, no city map or mintroduction, we were simply escorted to our room without any interaction. the staff did good effort to arrange a tour for us but it seemed like it was the first time to do it which is weird for a touristic city like paris and the staff is not familiar with the available tours of their city or how to arrange it, but it was done at the end and we enjoyed our tour
Very good location, good breakfast, fast WiFi, large room (for Paris), clean
Hotel policy - booked room with terrace/balcony 2 months ahead, but when arrived, no free rooms with balcony. No apologies, no discount, nothing... The price on booking.com was 450 € lower for room without balcony.
we stayed at superior double, large size bed with considerable size of Patio (you can see only courtyard but you can have additional private space.) hotel locates less than 5 minuets walk to Louvre and Metro. 10-15 minuets walk to Opera. you can enjoy Paris and Ramen around Opera. also just 50m to public parking. clean and good location
Location, size of the room, bath and shower independent, breakfast very good: real orange juice, bread, etc
The halls are black, so the first impression was a little spuky, even they offer restaurant service 24 hrs, one day we arrived at 11 the frontdesk person told us that the "restaurant guy has left" also he booked a taxi for the airport, but asking to pay 95 euros,--- when we arrived we paid only 55--- we didnt have option so we paid for it, but it was really insane, can not be real that difference!! Almost twice, not sure if we return there ... Should be other options better
The decor of the hotel was great, very moden, simply elegant and clean. Lovely breakfast and the bath room was spacious with a lovely bath and double sinks. Clean towels and bath robes was a great touch to our stay.
the whole stuff was friendly and helpful. one day we came a little too late to the breakfast, but for the stuff it was no problem. they have putted all out for us again. merci :-)
Location. Service. Staff.
The whole package was amazing, as soon as we arrived the hospitality was lovely and the facilities exceeded expectations especially the breakfast :) recommend to any young couple I stayed for just a night but could easily do a month!
We were upgraded to a larger room. Very comfy bed, and lovely bathroom. Room larger than norm for Paris. Great location for Les Halles and Rer A. Hotel staff very helpful and proactive in help with taxis and cases. Really easy access to Louvre and Ile de France.
Very spacious bedroom + annex room for a correct price. Silent. Nice bathroom.
Few minor but important things: - no bottle opener for the minibar (my partner had to open it with her teeth...); - bathtub was very slippery (partner fell on her head); - in the shower room there was a very fine rain shower (exept for some minor mold on the ceiling); but I felt VERY uncomfortable about the water that was running along the ceiling from the rain shower pipe towards the light bulb... - the spa has to be reserved weeks (!) in advance. Besides these things, I must admit that everything was 4 star level.
good breakfast, comfort bed, excellent location.Nice hotel and friendly staffs. We were lucky to get parking space for our car just in front of hotel. But nearby hotel also have undergrond parking.Close to many good restaurant.
No fitness room.
location near Lubre and Opera
Sauna was fully booked and also was unable to use after 21:00 because of 'no staff'.
Set up and location
The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer, room was amazing - big and extremely well equipped. Fantastic location minutes from the louvre & Seine perfect for a stay in Paris
Sonya who welcomed us to the hotel and gave us excellent advice on what to see, where to eat, etc. This young lady is special! Other than the personnel, the hotel is beautiful and the room we had was VERY spacious for a Paris hotel and beautifully decorated. Every time we had a shower new clean towels would appear. The location is very close to Louvre and the centre of the city. Rue de Rivoli is about 20 metres away! The hotel is quiet even though it is so central.
We had a little trouble with the wifi but that is the only fault I could identify.
- Staff made you feel right at home - Excellent breakfast - Location, very easy to walk to many outstanding venues and only 1 street over from the canals
Staff was friendly and helpful
Decor was all black
We just stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights - excellent from any point of view. Great location, super staff, stylish and full of positive energy rooms.
The hotel is ideally situated for those shop-a-holics among you. Convenient for local attractions/transport. Some might say it lacks curb appeal, but it more than makes up for that in substance.
Being so close to all the attractions.
Can't think of anything.
