Posizione eccellente, camera spaziosa e curatissima al 4° piano, personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Dovessimo ritornare a Parigi, e torneremo, sarà la nostra prima scelta. Contentissimi.

Perfect location - walking distance to all main attractions, very friendly staff.

Our concierge, Sonya, was wonderfully helpful and directed us to the perfect restaurant nearby. The hotel room was immaculate and our location in the 1st Arrondissement was perfectly located near the Louvre and Pont Neuf.

If you don't plan to leave the hotel early in the day, expect to hear sounds of construction nearby.

I loved this hotel.... I can't say enough about the staff they were excellent! The breakfast in the morning was perfect especially traveling with children it made it so easy to start the day off right before heading out for the day's activities. The location was great - close enough to walk to certain areas and getting to other methods of transportation. I would recommend this hotel to others and I will be staying here again on my next trip back to Paris.

Hard pillows; bar closed too early!

Location good. Room good size, nice comfy large bed. Very quiet (in our room anyway) even though in centre of Paris ... at back of hotel and no street noise at all.

Breakfast at e25 seemed a bit of a rip-off.

Breakfast is good, bar staff and reception very friendly, room cleaning staff very nice. Location is excellent. If you can get a good deal (i.e. out of busy periods), it is hard to beat.

The location was excellent as it is located near to the Louvre Museum. The morning buffet breakfast was good but limited options.

As a hotel, the lobby looked unimpressive and perhaps better lighting would help.

Part of the furniture was a bit worn off

I'll start with the apperance itself -- older looking building with charm yet the inside was completely updated and modern with all of the conveniences. My wife and I were very impressed with the decor. The staff was EXCELLENT! They were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. Whether at the front desk or in the lounge/cafe area -- the people working there are fantastic. I recommend having the breakfast included -- it was quick, comfortable and the perfect French style breakfast -- right there. And of course, the food was excellent. On my next trip back to Paris, I would most definitely stay here again.

Even though the value of the hotel was good -- some of the items in the room should have been complimentry (no charge). Also, our room had a walk out balcony/private terrace. It could have been a little more 'inviting' -- we ended up not using it at all.

The location was nice. The staff were friendly. The shuttle service to the airport was good.

The breakfast had the same menu every day. The staff forced an upgrade on our room, involving a large fee.

Roll out sofa bed very uncomfortable for older children.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were very impressed with all of the little touches that made this hotel special (ie, macarons in the room upon arrival!) The room was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Location cannot be beat!

I liked everything. The best breakfast that I've ever found in any hotel. I think it's excellent and really tasty. Hotel is not big and it makes him cosy. I lived in a family room(40 m), it was really comfortable for a family. Location is perfect: you just walk out the hotel and you in Louvre. 5 min and yiu are near Pompidu. Maybe the price was too high, but it was really good so I don't complain about it. Hope to visit it again!

ONLY the location.

The hotel is really expensive for what the hotel really offers to the guests. The room was without Air Conditioner - the AC was broken for more that 4 days and the building in the right side of the hotel is under construction creating a lot of noise during the day mainly from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. With this noise is imposible to sleep and really rest in your room/vacation period. The price is to high for this kind of hotel with these issues on top of the construction that really will kill you vacation spirit in Paris.

Location was excellent for walking to city sites, restaurants, bars and to Metro stations. Large very comfortable beds and high quality TV. Very helpful staff on reception.

Housekeeping - room should have been ready for 3pm (which is rather late anyway) but it was after 4pm when we were finally allowed in. Public carpeted areas were never vacuumed from when we arrived on a Friday morning till we left at 4pm on the following Monday and it showed!! Carpets on the public corridors were very stained and need replacing asap. First impressions not good. Room - bathroom in 214 needs re-designing and decorating. The bath/shower had no screen/curtain so when showering, the water just went everywhere. Clearly this had happened many times as the bathroom door was swollen and had to be slammed shut and wooden block floor in bedroom was water damaged.

The room we book ouver your Company was very poor. so we pay € 50 more for each night , to get a better room.

We especially liked the staff. They went out of their way to accomodate our needs. Also, the location was ideal.

The construction next door to the facility was as times noisy.
