Location poor, as in middle of industrial area. Our stay was end of November but we had mosquitos in room and got bitten quite badly. Door key didn't work twice and staff didn't apologise. Although they provided a kettle, the milk was out of date. Air con/heating didn't work. Expected better from such a well known chain.

The car park was right there at the Hotel and included in the price. We had to leave early on departure for our next location and they were accommodating with our wishes. We did not have the option of opening the window, as if you did the room would have been full of hundreds of bugs. The check out process was very slow and poorly executed. They charged us the wrong amount and wanted to charge us for two breakfasts that we didn't have. We left feeling very unsure about the how much we paid, then I noticed my credit card bill had another 2 entries from the Best Western En'so Hotel, which was not very professional. Also what was offered on the website, complimentary soft drinks and the spa and sauna facilities were not encouraged or explained to us, so we had to go without those luxuries that we paid for.

Le confort de la chambre et la situation géographique Déçu de ne pas avoir utilisé le spa pour non fonctionnement du hammam et pour la mauvaise information du personnel (deux informations différentes pour prévenir de l'utilisation du spa) il est affiché à l'acceuil de prévenir 15 min avant et on nous informe qu'il faut prévenir 2h avant! Du coup nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Certain personnel non souriant et à peine poli cependant d'autres ont été agréable! Et à mon avis ce n'était pas les employés les moins agréables !

Sauna en panne. Pas de peignoirs dans les chambres. Buffet pdj vide à 9h30, les aliments qui restaient étaient secs et sans intérêt. Je n 'irai plus dans cet hôtel que je qualifierai plus d'un Formule1

Le mini bar offert, c'était très agréable pour une fois de ne pas payer quelque chose - Hotel calme Le petit déjeuner - ou il y avait un petit pain dur pour plusieurs personnes! Pas de viennoiserie. L'apect sale du service à jus de fruit, la centrifugeuse toute collante, les cruches idem. Alors qu'il n'était pas encore 10 h et que d'autres personnes sont arrivées aprés nous. Pour 5 € ça ne me derangerai pas mais à 12 € je ne trouve pas ça correct. Les chambres trop exigues idem pour la salle de bain
