A very nice hotel with modern interior design close to Cour Mirabeau. This was my third visit and I still love it. I recommend it strongly.

We were made to feel completely at home, and the staff was so friendly, helpful and kind. We will definitely stay there again! We would have liked a refrigerator in our room- thats it!

Paper thin walls and chipped and peeling paint on surround. No door on bathroom. No towel rails or hooks in bathroom. Painted over chipped and peeling Formica on bathroom bench. Single fitted sheets being used on double bed mattress. Pillow slips unchanged after three days. A cut and paste guest book that sums up the hotel. At 140 euros a night this place is grossly overpriced.

l'accueil Chambre moyenne pour 120 € petite télé accrochée, au plafond, dans un coin de la chambre. salle de bain avec fuite de la robinetterie + mitigeur qui se balade sur le lavabo douche à l'italienne, pas vraiment clean.... première déception pour un hotel réservé sur booking, alors que je réserve des chambres en france et étranger depuis des années....

Décoration bas de gamme,équipement très insuffisant( pas de mini bar, pas de machine à café' pas de coffre...)mobilier de mauvaise qualité, taches douteuses sur le couvre lit, odeurs de sueur sur les coussins, pas de veilleur et aucun recours contre des clients très bruyants(jusqu'à 1h30 du matin) mauvais état des sanitaires et saleté générale.

Mycket jobbigt med två branta trappor upp till andra våningen. Opraktiskt inrett badrum utan avställningsytor eller krokar. Flagnande målarfärg i dusch och runt handfat. Bristfällig städning av golven.

Маленький, но вполне уютный отельчик. Есть своя парковка в закрытом гараже. До исторического центра Экса 3 минуты пешком. И до студии Сезанна, кстати, тоже недалеко.

L'accueil très sympa des propriétaires, généreux en explications, réservation de resto etc... Parking à proximité. Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter la vieille ville, quartier calme la nuit. Très bonne literie et jolie salle de bain. L'absence d'ascenceur bien qu'il y avait quelqu'un pour monter la valise au deuxième. Très désagréable, pas de porte séparant la toilette de la chambre!

Propreté et amabilité du personnel d'accueil. Grande déception pour cet hôtel qui se dit en centre ville. Il est loin et à un carrefour ultra passant. Rien de romantique et trés cher ! 140 euros la chambre. Il ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles. Les chambres sont ultra sonores, et l'aspect "béton peint" est certe design mais vraiment pas cosy ou raccueillant. Aucune envie de rester dans la chambre et prix totalement exagéré pour ce niveau.

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt, die man locker zu Fuß erkunden kann. Uns hat gefallen, daß das Hotel klein ist und gute schalldichte Fenster hat. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L'accueil et l'amabilité de la part de la jeune fille, le samedi après- midi. Jolie chambre. Les poils et cheveux au sol, donc le ménage laisse à désirer... L'ambiance au petit déjeûner, le dimanche matin...
