Set in the center of the city, the inn is situated within walking distance of the Saint-Nicolas Tower (16th century), and the City Hall of Paray Le Monial and its Renaissance-style façade.

Bikes stored out of sight in covered parking area locked at night Good value for money comfy bed delicious food here - no need to go out to look for a restaurant Nearby the 200m aquaduct carrying canal over the Loire is impressive . Nice town promenade along the river. Helpful staff
Nothing really - for information the bathroom was up to date, the room a bit old fashioned - but large and clean - and very inexpensive.
I had chosen this hotel due to its location right beside the canal where it crosses the river. A few steps and you are in a wonderful setting where you can walk in the rural tranquility of the canal. It was a perfect way to spend the evening in the sunshine by the canal.
The hotel was very reasonable on price and the family who run it are very nice. It is however quite basic and has suffered from a lack of investment. The food was excellent though and not too expensive.
Food and staff
The main thing was the location to the canal. Even though they do not speak much English and my French is extremely limited, we got to understand each other!!
Pillow, one long roll, I would suggest they get individual softer pillows. Maybe they could consider making booking in a bit earlier, say 1.00pm.
Old style at the hotel
No restaurant near the hotel
Lovely food nice service
Good value for money. Clean comfortable rooms.
Food not great, but reasonably priced compared to rest of France! Hotel and bar closed at 9.30pm and we were asked to leave the bar!
