Rooms were comfortable, shower was amazing - often not in French hotels. Food was good. No tea making facilities for the morning. No extra pillows. |

Nice bathrooms - big shower and centrally located for old town. Free internet. Pleasant staff. Very noisy in the mornings! Although if you choose to stay in the old town, anywhere will be noisy as there are so many restaurants requiring their rubbish bins to be emptied early a.m. Not a lot of space in the room but adequate. Breakfast could be better for 11 Euros. |

The location and the appearance and comfort. I could not get an extension of check out from 12:00 to 12:30 to make a local visit easier. |

The perfect situation for visiting Honfleur, the free parking only ten minutes from the hotel. |

Centre of the town and very close to all amenities, shops, bars sightseeing etc. Room was very comfortable and clean and attended to every day. No parking and early morning - 7am - the bins along the street were emptied causing quite a bit of noise though this only went on for about 15 mins. |

Excellent location 1) Abrupt and unhelpful staff.2) Hotel pre-informatin included "complimentry parking" but the hotel staff told us to pay for the public car park (not cheap!) 3) we had planned to eat in the hotel restaurant for our wedding anniversary (16th). When we tried to go into the restaurant we were turned away. There was no information advising that we should book a table and had expected a less abrupt refusal to accommodate us even if it was later in the evening. |

Ambience and location Very hot. No air conditioning but fans helped. Narrow steps, difficult for the infirm. No car parking at hotel, but public open parking close by. Breakfast expensive for what you could have compared with other hotels we stayed at this time, no cheese, eggs or ham . |

Individual feel to it; greaat location in nice street in Honfleur. Rstaurant looked superb - didn't have time to eat there. A bit cramped - but nature of old building. |

Charming hotel with a good brasserie and oyster bar and a good restaurant on the other side of the street. Friendly staff. Good location in the centre of beautiful Honfleur. Difficult to park. They were not prepared for our arrival with two children although this was specified upon booking and we also called in advance to check that we would get a room for four people. But the problem was sorted out with little inconvenience for us. |
