Interesting decoration. Quality/price relationship is not bad. Really very small rooms. There was a constant noise coming from the Air Conditioning even when switched off (water flow noise - last during all night long).

We liked the hotel; unfortunately we happened to be there on a night when there were several very loud guests who carried on loudly until about 3 AM near our room. No phones in the room made it impossible to call the front desk to complain. Otherwise, nice place.

Easy to find and cheap. The rooms are very small. The shower room is so small that he door had to be left open in order to seat on the toilet.

Clean and Quite I went to bed at 8pm.and left at 3am in the morning so could not complain about the broken shower and still no BBC world news.

Attractive price. Compared to the size of the room the shower is still ok. Very tiny bedroom, bed size to the least and not so comfortable. Bad sound insulation between rooms.

The bathroom was nearly as big as the bedroom. The beds were big and comfortable, the decor was nice. We booked a "superior" room for extra space - a lounge area. This was very disappointing, and barely worth the extra. As usual, something did not work, in this case, the light above the washbasin.

Points positifs indéniables : Facilité daccès, Etablissement très bien tenu, Buffet petit-déjeuner. Un point faible qui me conduira à choisir un autre établissement lors de mes prochains déplacements sur Mulhouse : l'inégalité de l'accueil à la réception. Ai déjà effectué 2 séjours en 2 semaines et ai eu l'opportunité de rencontrer 2 réceptionnistes dont le comportement face aux clients est diamétralement opposé : L'un est absolument charmant et doté d'un relationnel irréprochable et adapté, l'autre malheureusement n'a absolument aucune prédisposition pour le métier de réceptionniste en hôtellerie : - contact avec le client déplorable : froideur voire mépris, geste d'agacement, - manque de courtoisie : la prise de congé lors du départ est des plus abrupte et se limite à la récupération de la clé de la chambre, aucun regard, et un "au revoir" arraché de haute lutte, - pas ou quasiment aucun contact visuel avec le client lors des procédures de "check-in" ou "check-out" : les gestes sont effectués mécaniquement, aucune opportunité d'échange, - comportement déplacé et inacceptable à la réception : réprimande de collaborateur derrière le comptoir sans tenir compte de la présence éventuelle de client. Tout ceci est fort dommage car cela nuit gravement à l'image de cet établissement qui par ailleurs possède de réels atouts.

J'ai apprécié la climatisation de la chambre car il faisait très chaud, ainsi que les copieux petit déjeuners dans un cadre agréable, (j'ai aimé la décoration sur le thème voitures de courses).
