This was our third stay at Ermitage de Corton. We always feel it is one of our favourite hotels. Set in a small attractive modernised Chateau in vineyard, just outside Beaune. Quiet and peaceful. Within 3 minutes of A6 / A36 motorways. Very caring family owner / management. Great restaurant - the fixed price dinner at E36 was quite excellent and far superior to many more expensive establishments. The very best of small family run hotels.

Très bon hotel avec un bon restaurant gastronomique et un excellent accueil et qualité de service. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la chambre avec suite spacieuse et idéale avec enfants, et nous avons remarqué la diversité de la carte des vins et les excellents conseils de choix de vin de la sommelière du restaurant ; nous en avons profité pour demander des conseils de choix de vin de Bourgogne et sommes repartis avec des noms de domaine et de crus dont nous allons acheter des bouteilles. Un très agréable séjour de 2 nuits à 3 heures de Paris.

Un excellent rapport q/P. Avec un personnel charmant et motivé; Les patrons sont sur place. La table est excellente avec une très belle cave. Les chambres arrières sont silencieuses, le bruit du trafic ne s'entend pas dans celles-ci .

De vriendelijkheid en hulpvaardigheid van de directie en ook van het personeel. De gastromie. De ligging is uitstekend: midden de wijnstreek., In de nabijheid van het gekende beaune. Snelle verbinding met andere streken in Frankrijk via de autowegen.

L hotel ERmitage de coton nous a entierement satisfait par l accueil, par le calme et le service propose. CE fut un vrai regale de passer une nuite dans cette hotel. De plus nous avons mange au restaurant et avons choisi le menu 6 plats tout au hommard, c etait un delice. Nous remercions encore le chef pour ce repas somptueux, ainsi que les sereurs et le directeur qui a su nous conseiller dans des vins tres parfumes. C etait pour les 40 ans de mon ami et nous ne regrettons pas notre escale. Rien a dire tout est parfait.

Excellent contact et gentillesse de tout le personnel, nous avons été reclassé en chambre supérieure (suite junior) simplement en nous demandant de choisir notre chambre, en payant le même prix que la chambre standard. Nous avons trouvé que le prix du petit déjeuner est cher: 17 euros, pour ce qui était présenté.Je pense qu'un presse fruit et panier d'orange aurait été le bienvenue, ainsi que oeufs et bacon. Néanmoins, sur demande, nous avons eu du "chaud", un oeuf sur le plat.

Helaas heeft mijn echtgenoot niet kunnen (mee)genieten. Door ziekte heeft hij de 2 dagen verblijf in bed moeten doorbrengen. Ikzelf heb toch enigszins kunnen genieten van het prima ontbijt, het heerlijke diner. Jammer, want echt genieten doe je toch met zijn tweetjes. Wij hadden een junior suite met een tuin, stoeltjes enz. Bij binnenkomst van de kamer hing er een erg muffe lucht welke gedurende ons verblijf aanwezig bleef ondanks het feit dat we de deuren open lieten staan voor een goede ventilatie.

Enorme gastvrijheid en kindvriendelijkheid. Heerlijk en hoogstand eten, grote suite en fantastisch bed. Je kan als ouders heerlijk beneden eten met je babyfoon en je kinderen boven op bed. Tevens meerdere kinderstoelen aanwezig. Wij komen zeker terug.

Personnel très serviable. Très bonne situation pour une étape à Beaunes. Belle déco du bar Chambre de style vieillot et surchauffée (clim insuffisante). Sanitaires aussi vieillots et mauvaises odeurs. Au total, pas un bon rapport qualité- prix pur une simple étape d'une nuit
