Small room, but adequate for my needs as a solo traveller. Good shower, WiFi okay. Reasonable value.
6th floor with no lift, not a problem for me but could be for some people. A good walk from the centre of town but the area isn't too bad.
- Price - Ok - Cleanliness - Ok - Helpful staff
- There were no pillows on the bed (just one pillow in the closet wich we found one day before leaving). - Strange smell in the small bathroom (altough a lady was cleaning every day in the room and bathroom a smell was coming I believe from the sanitary installation).
It was in a nice neighbourhood It was close to metro The reception was good Clean bathroom
No elevator Very small bathroom Bad internet
Clean rooms, we had everything we needed. The hotel is close to several metro stations. There are many shops near.
There was no lift, and the hotel is six stories high.
Great location and fair comfort for price! Recommended for budget travellers. Do not expect 5star hotel for that kind of price!!!! You'll get what you paid for. You can even get free WiFi and room will be clean up when you come back from your day out. Perfect for price!
My room on the top floor of the hotel commands a pretty nice view on the city.
The hotel has no elevator and I had a little hard time climbing stairs up to 6eme etage which is actually the 7th floor.
- brand new bathroom - every day cleaning of bathroom - the guy in the reception was always helpful - the situation is excellent, nice and authentic neighborhood - the price was very good
All things we already knew but somebody has to know: - there is no lift - very small bathroom
Good location. Friendly staff
The room is nice and clean
My room is in the 6th floor and there´s no elevator. It´s a little bit inconvenient
The day receptionist was very helpful. Good location and indeed away from the hustle and bustle.
No lift - so if you are with heavy luggage book a room in ground floor or 1. Internet access kept dropping
The location seemed to be in the central suburbs, close to the metro and accessible way to the airport.
We could hear everything our neighbours talked about and did. Bed wasn't comfortable.
Good location and kind of low price as for paris
Tiny room with even smaller bathroom I been staying in much better places for that kind of money....
The location is a quiet neighbourhood, close to the metro station, with many stores, restaurants and cafe-bars.
It is a six-floor building with no elevator.
-clean room and bathroom -comfortable bed -nice personel -all conditions needed for the purpose of visiting Paris
the staff was very friendly with us and helped in everything we needed. The room, although is very small, it was cozy enough. We really liked it, especially for the position, very central and with the metro we could reach everywhere in few minutes. Also there are busses that go from there and near to bars, supermarkets, laudries and restaurants.
The only thing I hope they can improve is the pillows in the bed. They should be bigger in order to give an extra comfort. And it could be even better if in the room there was a small fridge, since Paris is VERY hot and humid in the summer. But apart from that, we are totally satisfied.
If you don't need a big bathroom, it's perfect to stay here. Nice room, not noisy, clean; if I'm in Paris again and it's available, I would go here again.
I didn't have a problem with it, but if you have a problem with walking, it's a bit further from the metro (about 5 min walk) and there is no elevator.
In a good position close to local bars and restaurants, very helpful staff that spoke good English. Close to metro and buses.
We stayed on the top floor.... No lift!!
Location is near to down town and I can feel the lifestyle of local Persians..
Room is too small.. Noise from staircase as I was staying on 2nd floor
I had a great stay here! It appears to be family run, and the staff were all quite friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but no smaller than comparable hotels in Paris. It was very comfortable, and the view from my 6th floor room was simply amazing! I could see the Eiffel Tower, Pantheon, and Sacre Couer. The bath was small, but perfectly functional, and it was certainly nicer than sharing with strangers. There are also two small markets close by, and several affordable restaurants in the vicinity, in addition to a nearby laundromat if necessary. Close to the metro, which made all of Paris accessible. I will definitely book here the next time that I am in Paris.
Nothing about which to complain, but be warned that the stairs may be a bit of a challenge after a long day of sightseeing.
The receptionist there was great, he gave us full information about Paris and how to use the transportation properly in Paris and full support. I do appreciate him for his great help
You need to be advised that the location of the hotel seems not that much safe specially at night time
Free WiFi, the bathroom
No lift.... 5th Floor!
Clean and silent room. Caffe and shops are around the hotel
5th floor room without elevator. Steep climb stairs
We liked the position, the surroundings filled with restaurants and supermarkets. The Jourdain metro station is very close (500m, line 11) and there is a very good pastry on your way to the station. It is very close to Bellville park, where you can find a nice view of the town. The receptionst was also very kind.
The hotel is very basic: there is no elevator, the room is very small, the bathroom is more like a cabin attached to the room with the size of an airplane toilet. The walls are very thin, and you are literally scared by the slamming doors of other rooms. But I guess you can live with that for a few days.
Friendly staff, value for money.
A bit noisy.
Since going to Paris a was not in the room for that long amount of time. But Everything was Clean and tidy and staff was helpful. Nothing to complain about.
Nothing to complain about
