The flies and wasps which flew in when the window was open. A mesh grill would be good as this would allow the window to be open (letting fresh air in) while keeping flies and waps out.

Bedroom freshly painted ,carpet spotless .bathroom very clean.Bus stop to Bordeaux(45mins) and airport (just one stop) directly outside.I arrived 4pm went out to shops at local centre(6 stops on bus ) as "doing"tour bus from city next day!all very convenient! Only stayed one night going to wedding meeting guests flying in so served purpose very well.Very helpful girl on rec.good English .

Furniture in bedroom past its best(not significant for short stay)but no seating.

A very clean and welcoming hotel very close and convenient to Bordeaux airport, only 5 minutes away. Staff very helpful with a bar on site, restaurant next door across the road, shuttle to & from hotel to airport. would certainly use again in future when flying out of Bordeaux.

Very close to Bordeaux Airport. Free shuttle provided. No frills, small rooms but we just needed a place to sleep to catch an early flight next morning.

The restaurant was not very good :-(

The facility was clsoe to the airport since we had a 0600 flight from Bordeaux The owner was very gracious and gave us a ride to the airport @ 0430. I would stay at this facility again and would recommend it to anyone.

Thought the bedrooms could do with a revamp, the room was very warm and bed not too comfortable. But functional.

They forgot my wake up call and we were not allowed to use the disabled parking space [my mother is 90] it seemed to be reserved for the hotel staff.

The staff were most helpful and accommodated my very poor French. Unfortunately an envelope with some of my work information slipped out of one of my bags and although I picked up some it is now apparent that I had not realised a large envelope had also dropped out and presumably slipped under the far twin bed in Chambre 77. Would you be kind enough to check whether the cleaner or some one found the envelope and it has been held by reception. It contains important unique papers and I wonder if you would mind sending it to me if you have it at the following address. Clean and tidy, reasonably priced, good service

Ideally located, family-run, overnight-stay hotel. Close to the airport, quiet, clean and pleasant. The rooms are not large but the air-conditioning/heating works, plenty of hot water and towels and all you need for an overnight stay. Very pleasant bar and eating area with very original decor for both an evening meal and ample breakfast: Cereals, dried fruit, yogurt, croissants and excellent coffee. The owner will drive you to the airport if you wish, about five minutes away and the downtown Bordeaux bus stops outside the door.

You get what you pay for

Good location, not too expensive for its placement, but would have expected a decent bed and a decent bathroom for the price! Friendly staff, cute and quirky style.

The bathroom had no real door, neither did the shower, so the whole bathroom got covered with water when showering and we could see (and hear!) each other whilst on the toilet. Not fun. The "double" bed was absolutely tiny and we were falling out of it if we didn't lie like sardines on our sides. Terrible night's sleep.

One of the worst hotel. You should not stay if you want to leave Bordeaux with good image. We were offered a originally private room, which was too small and shower room was so poor. We were two but only one towel was prepared.

Lovely independent budget hotel. Full of interesting memorabilia and personal touches. Nothing fancy but a great change from the boring chain hotels. Located perfectly for the airport and with exceptionally helpful and kind staff.

Absolutely nothing was good about this hotel.

Where to begin? The staff repeatedly lied to us, overcharged, and blamed everyone else for problems that were their own fault. The "bathroom" was a poorly constructed plywood structure with no shower curtain for the shower and a concave floor, so after a shower there would be a 1cm deep pool of water left on the bathroom floor. They claimed the location was 500 meters from the train station in Bordeaux when in fact it was 10 km away and in a different city. The room was noisy and the curtains weren't sufficient to keep out the glaring green neon light of the sign. Unquestionably, the very worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs!!
