Price, location. Poor breckfast, no further accomodations, poor diner, brackfastroom was not clean, it is an old bulding, only one person spoke realy good Englisch. But dan again the price counts.

This hotel would be ok for an overnight stop on any day but Sunday. The hotel is however quite old. We were very disapponted to find that the Reception closed at 16.00 on a Sunday, which meant there were no hotel services. The Restaurant was closed as was the swimming pool. This was not obvious when we booked. We therefore had a very difficult time driving into town and finding parking which meant a long walk, to get an evening meal, as there was a power boat competion on in town and all the car parks were full. To get back into the hotel we needed to walk around a dark garden to a back entrance.

Nothing, really. Dark, old hotell a Longyearbyen taxi drive from the city center. We should rather spent money on an orker hotel than taxi to a hotel that lookwd much better than it was

The in house restaurant The room was of sufficient size and the en-suite was very good and clean, however, the bed was most uncomfortable it was hard on the edge but sank in the middle and we did not like the plastic matress cover. Only two bath towels were provided we think there should also have been hand towels.

L'hôtel est assez vétuste. Une bonne rénovation s'imposerait mais le rapport qualité-prix est assez bon puisqu'on a payé 49 euros pour 2 avec le petit déjeuner. (Salle de bain commune...) On ne peut pas demander le Pérou pour ce prix! C'est à peine plus cher qu'une auberge de jeunesse ou un formule 1.La propreté des tables, plateau et tasse de petit déjeuner laissaient fortement à désirer et la personne qui s'occupe des petits déjeuners doit assumer le nettoyage du hall en même temps donc pas très dispo pour le service petit déjeuner. Ca tourne avec personnel minimum...

son restaurant, le matefin, propose un buffet week-end exceptionnel, y compris buffet d'entrées, de plats chauds, cuisson de viandes au wok, cuisses de grenouilles à volonté, fromages + desserts, etc... pour 20 euros un peu bruyant, tant par rapport à l'extérieur qu'aux couloirs

J'ai aimé la possibilité de diner sur place. J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour la possibilité de prendre le pdj dès 6h30. Deception car le service était fermé à 6h35 lorsque je suis descendu, j'ai dû appeler la reception pour que le service ouvre ! ...1/4 d'heure plus tard. J'ai pris un pdj express pour ne pas être en retard à mon rdv.

Sur ce site vous écrivez toilettes extérieures , sur ma réservation il était écrit toilettes et wc communes ( donc pourquoi pas le même mot )? En fait on m'a donné une chambre douche /wc à l'intérieur!!!!!

Le fait que les toilettes et wc soient dans le couloir et que pour changer cela le tarif est passé de 49 euros à 55 euros et que comme nous étions deux le prix de 55 euros ne comprenait plus les petits déjeuners (sur l'offre le petit déjeuner pour deux personnes étaient compris)
