very good value, room small but perfectly adequate for one night and the breakfast, which was included, was excelent - staff were all very friendly and helpful |

This hotel was excellent value for money. The room and bed were extremely small which would not be a problem for business travellers but we were on a five week trip and had large luggage, therefore the lack of space made it uncomfortable. |

The hotel is well-located near the train station and only a short walk from the city center. The desk staff was helpful. Our rooms were well-suited to a family with two small children (we had two adjoining rooms). The breakfast selection was not large but was certainly adequate. We were happy that there was an elevator. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room. |

The breakfast was good value No Wifi in our rooms although staff insisted it was available. Rooms incredibly hot and small, had to open window but as hotel is on a main road there was noise all night. |

Extremely helpful and knowledgable reception staff. Easy to find location. Secure vehicle parking if required, although at additional cost. Breakfast room and service was very good. Fine as a stopover hotel. Rooms were very basic and in need of improvement/renovation. The hotel is on a busy road, which was very noisy. The rooms don't have air conditioning, so the windows need to be opened for ventilation and the traffic noise from the street makes sleeping difficult. |

The room was small but clean. Street noise with the window open was quite loud and bright from the street lights. Expected in summer on a Saturday night. Just take some ear plugs. lol |

Conveniently located to the train station. Staff was helpful recommending restaurants and other sights. Room and bathroom were extremely small. Room faced the main street and was noisy but we were there for only two nights. Would recommend that you ask for a "quiet" room. |

Traditional French city hotel, with balcony overlooking the bustling city. Secure parking available (at a cost), and loads of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The parking was a godsend as on street parking was minimal - however €20 is a bit steep, and it did need a high degree of skill in reversing and 15 point turns to get in and out!! |

I think this hotel is ideal for a foreign cyclist who wants to visit Metz. The staff spoke English, helped me park my bike in a safe place (free of charge), provided a city map and some info. Furthermore breakfast was very good (plenty and delicious). Bed was not double bed / king size but only queen size. |

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay quite enjoyable as we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. I wish the hotel had a small bar, they have the ambiance and cozy lounge. |

Easy access from motorway network. Quiet location with convenient for nearby restaurants and bars (essential!) No restaurant or bar facilitues within the hotel. Self service machines only. No parking facilities |

Cleanliness, close to train station and city center. Good value for money. Recommended hotel. Booking made for two persons, but room was prepared for single: 1 glass, one towel. Everything solved after speaking to the receptionist who was very helpful. |
